Yanna Studios is a modest and decent accommodation, not far from the very center of the place and all the amenities that a tourist destination offers. It has private parking as well as a barbecue available to guests. The yard is small and paved, but it is nicely landscaped and full of flowers.

The accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, 220m from the town beach. The nearest store is Albatros, 250m away from the accommodation, and a larger supermarket Carrefour where you can find bread and bakery products is 600m away, while the center is at a distance of 700m.

Yanna Studios has five studios (17-20m2), one of which is located on the ground floor, and four on the first floor.

Studio number 2 is located on the ground floor and has two single beds. This studio does not have a balcony as it is located on the ground floor, but it has a table and chairs in front for sitting.

The other studios (number 3, 4, 5, and 6) are located on the upper floor and have their own balcony with chairs and tables for sitting. They also have a large common balcony at the back that all guests can use. All studios have two single beds, and studios number 3, 4, and 5 have an additional single bed that is located under one of the beds and can be pulled out and used for three people if necessary. Studio number 3 is slightly smaller in size than the other studios. It should be noted that pulling out the extra bed reduces the space.

All units have: a kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, internet access, and a hairdryer.

Kitchens are equipped with basic utensils for meal preparation, a small fridge, a kettle, and only one small pot. Cooking light meals is allowed in the kitchens, while frying food is not allowed.

Small pets are allowed with prior arrangement with the owners.

Private parking is provided for all vehicles.

If you are looking for a decent accommodation near the center and the beach in Skala Potamia, but you are not demanding because the accommodation is truly modest, Yanna Studios can be a good choice.
