Anny Residences & Suites is a modern and renovated accommodation, situated in a tranquil location. It offers ample opportunities for a delightful vacation, as it features a pool, as well as a restaurant with a bar.

The accommodation is located in Skala Kalirahi, 300 meters away from the sea and the center of the village with various shops.
At the highest point after the second building, there is a pool with a bar and a restaurant. The property was built in 1998, and the owners completely renovated the accommodation in 2023.

The accommodation units are housed in two buildings that belong to this complex. On the ground floor, there is a 2 Bed Deluxe Room (25m2) overlooking the courtyard. Deluxe Junior Suite rooms (30m2) are also on the ground floor and face the courtyard, while on the first floor, there are 4 Bed Apartments, Superior Suites (40m2), some with sea views and some with courtyard views. On the second floor, there are maisonettes (55m2), units on two levels. Two have partial sea views, while the other three have direct sea views.

The accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a safe, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a baby cot (upon prior request). Only the maisonettes have a kitchen, while the other accommodation units only have a fridge and an electric kettle. The amenities available to guests of this accommodation include: private parking, pool, free Wi-Fi, and at the poolside bar and restaurant you can enjoy a drink or coffee while admiring the view.

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

When coming from Prinos towards the central crossroads in Skala Kalirahi, turn left just after the church, at the sign for Anny Studios. Continue straight on that road for another 100 meters, then turn right into the third street on the right, and the path will lead you to the courtyard of your accommodation.
