Matinas Haus is located in a quiet area of Potos, on the south side of the island. It is away from the city noise yet within walking distance of the center and the beach, which is 950m away. This traditional stone house, designed in authentic Greek style, offers a perfect blend of charm and comfort, making it especially suitable for families seeking a simple and affordable stay in a relaxed environment.

The ground-level house (32m2) can accommodate up to two adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.

This air-conditioned accommodation does not have internet access. However, guests can enjoy amenities such as a TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.

Guests have access to a veranda equipped with outdoor seating, offering a view of the yard.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests check into a clean property and are responsible for maintaining its cleanliness during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linens is provided, and guests are responsible for changing them as needed.

Although there is no private parking, free parking spaces can easily be found in front of the property.
