Villa Fun&Sun is a brand new, modern and luxurious building located at the entrance to Limenaria. It has quiet location, nice decorated rooms and offers absolute comfort.
The villa is situated 100m from the organized beach in Limenaria, 200m from the supermarket and 1km from the center of Limenaria.
Apartment has an area of 65m2 and has two terraces and garden with sitting area in front of the villa. Studio has 30m2.
Apartment can accommodate up to six people. There are a total of two bedrooms, one with king size bed, and the other two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is located within the living room and is fully equipped beside the dishes and cooking equipment has a coffee maker, toaster, stove with ceramic plates. The house is equipped with TV and satellite channels, air conditioning, a private parking and wireless Internet signal.
Studio can accommodate up to three people. It has one double and one single bed. Studio has private luxury Jacuzzi and only in this unit there is a safe.
Cleaning and a change of bedding and towels is done every three days.
Private parking is provided.
The facility operates from year 2014.
It is located in the same alley as hotel Antonios, on the right side of the road, close to the sea, on the enterance to Limenaria (seen from the direction of Skala Prinos).
