Stepi Villa is located in the area of Golden Beach. It offers its guests peace, privacy, and comfort, while the owners are kind and accommodating, always available to their guests.

The accommodation consists of a total of four units: two studios and two apartments.

The two-bed studio (2 Bed Studio, 27m2) features a queen-size French bed, while the three-bed studio (3 Bed Studio, 27m2) includes a French bed and a sofa bed. Both studios are located in a gentle basement, a few steps below the courtyard level, with views of the courtyard, street, and mountain.

The four-bed apartments (4 Bed Apartment, 45m2) each have a French bed and a sofa bed for two people. In one of them (No.3) an extra bed can be added, so it’s maximum capacity is 5 people. Both apartments are located on the high ground floor and offer a partial view of the sea from a distance, as well as views of the street, courtyard, and mountain.

Each unit in this accommodation is equipped with WiFi, TV, air conditioning (two in the apartments), a hairdryer, a kitchen with two burners, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a balcony, or a fenced private veranda (if it is a basement unit).

Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

The courtyard is landscaped and fenced.

The villa does not have private parking, but guests can park their vehicle in front of the property.
