Halkias Studios is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer. It is located close to the beach, at the entrance to Limenaria and has very reasonable prices. Studios are spacious. Some have sea view, some have mountain view. Guests can pay extra for breakfast or lunch. The owners are wonderful people, always ready to help.

Accommodation is 100m from the beach. On the ground floor is a restaurant where you can pay extra for breakfast or lunch. The villa is located in the south of the island, so almost all the most popular beaches are very close by. It is an excellent base for visiting and exploring the island. Center of Limenaria is around 1,5km far or 15 minutes by feet. There are promenade with variety of shops, restaurants, taverns and supermarkets. City beach, that can be reached in 2 minutes by feet, is partially sandy, partially rocky. Near the villa is a large and well-stocked supermarket, 600m away.

Halkias Studios was built in 1984. It consists of six studios, located on the high ground floor and on the first floor. They can be double, triple and quadruple. The double studio no. 6 (16m2) is on the first floor and it has one double bed a sea view. Two quadruple studios on the first floor (25-30m2) have one double and two bunk beds. They have a sea (no. 5) or mountain view (no. 4). The last two studios (40m2) on the first floor have four single beds. No. 1 has a sea view while the studio no. 2 overlooks the mountains.
Studio no. 8 is the only one located on the high ground floor and it has a garden view, one double and two single beds. **

In the studios number 1, 2 and 8, it is possible to add an extra bed, which is smaller than the standard beds, so a larger person would not be able to accommodate it, because it would be uncomfortable.

Some rooms have sea views, but they also look towards the main road and are louder than those rooms at the back of the house. Rooms are mutually different in size, some are less, some more spacious. Quadruple studios are spacious. All units are equipped with a kitchenette, terrace, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and WiFi internet. Furniture is a classic, wooden. Studios on the second floor are not available for the online reservations.

Breakfast is from 8-10h, and the lunch/dinner are until 16h. Drinks are not included in the price.

The owner is keeping the hygiene on high level. Cleaning is done every 4-5 days, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels. The owner is very kind and you can arrange more frequent replacement of bed linen and towels with her.

Villa has private parking.

Accommodation is located 1,5km before Limenaria, from the direction of Prinos, on the left side of the road.

We recommend this villa to anyone who wants an affordable deal for summer. The prices are much lower compared to other similar villas and accommodation is quite decent.
