Aithria studios is accommodation with great reviews and located in very center of Potos. Close to the beach and the center, with kind owners and high level of cleanliness are just some of advantages that this villa offers.

Vila Aithria is next to the promenade and 150m away from the beach.

Villa is completely new and has 4 units that can accommodate from two to four persons. Units are on the first and second floor. It is very nice and modern decorated, with qualitative furniture and it has large balconies.

Triple studios are with one double bed and one sofa bed for one person (90x180cm). Sofa-beds are comfortable, with standard mattress and there a child can sleep but not adults. There are two studios like this. One of those two studios is on the first floor, and the other one is on the second floor.

Four bed studio has double bed and two single beds. It is on the second floor.

Four bed apartment has one double bed in bedroom, and in the room with kitchen there is a bunk bed for two persons. It is on the first floor. In each room there is a TV.

Every studio has Sat TV, WiFi, hairdryer, safe, mosquito nets, air condition, fully equipped kitchen, big balcony. Balconies has nice sitting chairs. The size of each studio is around 20m2. All studios have street and garden view.

Changing sheets and towels is often and provided on every 4 days.

House doesn’t have its own parking but there is public one just 150m from it, in the same street.

On 20m from the house there are supermarket, bakery, shops, promenades and restaurants.

When you come from Limenaria, right after hotel Alexandra beach, you turn right to the street that goes down to the sea. After 100m you will see supermarket from your right that has the same owners as Aithria, so they will guide you to villa, that is behind the supermarket.

Villa Aithria is perfect choice if you want to be in the heart of Potos, close to everything needed.
