Villa Floral 1 is located in the very center of Potos, a 5-minute walk from the town beach. Nearby, there are a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants, cafes… It is a well-preserved villa, on an excellent location, with affordable prices.

The villa is only 160m away from the beach.

For online booking, there are two available studios, with the capacity of up to three adults.

The 3 Bed Studios are located on the high ground floor. They feature one double bed and a sofa bed. Both studios have a balcony and a street view.

All units have WiFi, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, TV and A/C.

Cleaning is done every other day, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.

The courtyard is beautifully landscaped. It has a table and chairs for seating, as well as a barbecue available to all the guests of this accommodation.

The villa does not have a private parking, but the guests can park their vehicles at the public parking lot, which is less than 300m away from it.

Coming from the direction of Limenaria, after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn into the first street on the right, drive about 100 meters to the Potos rent-a-car agency. Villa Floral 1 is right across the street from this agency.
