If you want luxurious and quality accommodation that offers comfort and privacy in Potos, outside city crowd and 3-4 minutes from all amenities, Scandia Villa can be a good choice.

The accommodation is located 500-600m away from the center, and about 650m from the city beach in Potos.

This newly built complex (2012) consists of three buildings (70m2).There are two apartments on the lower ground floor and three maisonettes. The terraces are very spacious with a total area of about 30m2.

On the lower ground floor (semi-basement) there are two apartments (48m2). Each features a living room with kitchen and sofa bed for two persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove with oven. The living room opens onto a terrace with outside furniture. The bedroom has a double bed, with the possibility of adding an extra bed.

On the high ground floor, there’s the entrance to the maisonette (60m2 apartment on two levels). On the ground floor, there’s a living room with sofa bed for two persons, a kitchen and a bathroom with no shower. Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with a double bed, the other one with two single beds and bathroom with shower. Both rooms have an exit to a shared balcony.

Accommodation units feature a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, large terrace, air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, mosquito nets, hairdryer and iron.

Cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels is done once per week.

There is a beautifully landscaped yard where you will find a barbecue at your disposal.

Each villa has two parking spaces.

Pets are allowed up to 15 kg.

Turn left at the central intersection, next to the amusement park, and drive for about 600m toward Theologos. You’ll see Scandia Villas on the right side of the road.

It’s perfect for families with children or couples that wish more comfort.
