The Agrampeli House is located in a peaceful location of one of the liveliest places on Thassos. It offers guests privacy and a primary escape from everyday life, as the entire cottage is furnished in an old, traditional style.

The accommodation is situated in Limenaria, and the nearest market is 280m away.

The beach is located at a distance of 500m.

It is a house (95m2), which spans two levels and has three separate bedrooms.

Each of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person. One bedroom is on the ground floor, and the other two are on the upper level. On the ground floor, besides the bedroom and living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower. On the upper level, in addition to the two bedrooms, there is another bathroom with a bathtub. From the living room on the ground floor, there is access to a spacious veranda, while each of the bedrooms on the upper floor has access to smaller balconies.

On the ground floor of the unit, there is a large equipped kitchen, with a stove and oven, a large refrigerator, an espresso machine with capsules, and a toaster. There is also a dining table.

The accommodation is equipped with two air conditioners (one in the living room and the other in one of the upstairs bedrooms), internet, a hairdryer, mosquito nets (those on Velcro tape), a television, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a kitchen with four burners, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, balconies overlooking the street, a fenced yard, and a barbecue. Guests also have access to a baby cot, available upon request. Pets are also welcome.

Guests enter a clean accommodation, for which they are responsible for maintaining. In case of a longer stay, it is possible to arrange a cleaning service with the owners, which they will perform halfway through the stay, without additional charge. For stays of seven nights or more, guests receive an additional set of bed linen and towels, which they change themselves later.

The yard is fenced and contains a table with chairs and a barbecue.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but you can park your car in nearby streets, where there is usually space.
