The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the sea, the courtyard, and the street. This apartment also has a microwave.

Both apartments have air conditioning, WiFi access, TV, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, an oven, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a balcony/veranda, parking space, a landscaped courtyard. The bathrooms have shower cabins.

Cleaning, changing of bed linen, and changing of towels are done every four days.

The courtyard is fenced and well-maintained. It has seating and dining areas, with a shared outdoor kitchen that guests can use to prepare meals.

Parking is located within the courtyard. There are a total of two parking spaces, one for each apartment. If guests need additional parking space, they can park their vehicle on the street in front of the property.
