Aniez Villa is located in the village of Skala Kallirachi, in a peaceful and natural environment, 350m from the sandy beach and the center of the village where restaurants and cafes are located, and close to a supermarket and pharmacy.

The villa was renovated in 2024 and spreads over two levels. On the lower level, there is a living room with a dining area and kitchen, as well as a bathroom. On the upper level, in the attic, there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Each room is equipped with a double bed. The living room has two sofas, so the total accommodation capacity of the villa is up to six people.

The property is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet, TV, hairdryer, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped - there is a large fridge with a freezer, four burners, a microwave, a large oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

On the veranda, there are a table and chairs, and the yard is fenced and beautifully landscaped. The shade and pleasant atmosphere during the summer are provided by olive trees. Guests also have access to a built-in barbecue.

Private parking is provided. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, and an additional fee is determined depending on the situation.
