Kontraki Apartment is located in the peaceful village of Petriti on the island of Corfu and offers a perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and a relaxed summer atmosphere. This spacious and modernly furnished apartment is situated on a raised ground floor and can accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, while the living room includes a sofa bed for one person.

A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in both the living room and each bedroom. Guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an air fryer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
