Eliza’s House is located in the village of Sozopoli, in Halkidiki, just 80m away from the beach. The accommodation is ideal for families seeking an escape from the city crowds, while also wanting to be in close proximity to restaurants, cafes, and shops.

There are two apartments available, situated on the ground floor, capable of hosting up to four adults. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom offers a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two.

The air-conditioned accommodation features a TV, WiFi internet, and a fully equipped kitchen with two burners, a standard or large refrigerator with a freezer, and a kettle.

From the veranda, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy a view of the courtyard. In the beautifully landscaped garden, guests can indulge in barbecue preparation with family and friends.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linen is provided for guests to change themselves. Optional cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

Parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
