PerAmore Apartment is located in the town of Nea Peramos, near the beach and promenade. It features two separate bedrooms and a balcony with a sea view.

The town center is located 400m away, a mini market at 300m, while the supermarket is 1km away from the accommodation. The beach is at a distance of 130m.

This apartment is situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator and is designed to accommodate up to six adults and one child. The 75m2 apartment consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one of them also has a sofa bed for a child. The living room has a sofa for two people, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony offers a partial sea view and promenade view, along with a seating area.

Guests have access to WiFi, two air conditioners, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, stove with four burners and a large oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower without a tub.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. Towels and linen are changed every five days.

Parking is not provided, but a free parking space can be found in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
