Owner description
PerAmore Apartment is located approximately 1km from the center of Nea Peramos, in the area of Kavala, just 80m away from the nearest beach.
Situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator, this apartment is designed to accommodate up to six adults and one child. The living room features a sofa for two people, while each of the two bedrooms has a double bed, with one of them also having a pull-out armchair for the child.
Within this air-conditioned apartment, guests have access to Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen smart TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic glass hobs and a large oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine and an instant coffee mixer. The bathroom includes a glass shower cabin.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days, with a side view of the sea, from the balcony which is furnished with seating furniture.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days.
Parking is not provided, but free parking can be found in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
