Kaliteo Seaside Apartment is located in Kriopigi, in the central part of the town, about 1.3 kilometers from the beach. Thanks to the proximity of restaurants, cafés, shops, and other everyday amenities, this accommodation can be a good choice for families, couples, or small groups who want a practical stay in the town, with easy access to tourist offerings and facilities needed during the holiday.

The apartment is situated on the raised ground floor, accessed by five steps, and is designed for up to four adults. The layout is simple and practical, with a living room and kitchen as the common area, two bedrooms for rest, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other is equipped with bunk beds.

The apartment’s equipment is adapted to everyday needs during summer holidays. Air conditioning ensures comfort during warmer days, while WiFi and a TV provide guests with additional convenience, information, and relaxation. The kitchen is equipped for preparing various meals during the stay, with a ceramic hob with two cooking zones, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a frappe mixer. For added practicality, the apartment also has a washing machine, useful especially for longer stays or holidays with children, as well as a hair dryer.

The outdoor area is connected to the balcony, which allows guests to spend part of the day outside without leaving the apartment. The balcony overlooks the street and surroundings, in line with the property’s central location in Kriopigi.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and free of charge, provided they are announced in advance.

Cleaning is organized every five days, when towels and bed linen are also replaced. There is a mandatory final cleaning service after guests’ departure, which is charged additionally.

The property does not have private parking, but street parking is possible near the building, depending on availability.

Kriopigi is a resort on the eastern coast of Kassandra, known for its combination of a calmer atmosphere, greenery, and developed tourist offerings. The town is situated slightly above the coast, so the beach is usually reached by descending from the central part, while restaurants, taverns, cafés, markets, and shops are available in the town itself. The town beach in Kriopigi is mostly rocky, but immediately before and after the town, there are much nicer parts of the coast, making this area interesting for guests who enjoy exploring nearby beaches to find the one that suits them best. Nearby, there are sandy beaches with gradual depth, clear sea, and natural shade, though some require descending steep steps. In certain parts of the coast, there are larger sandy beaches with shallow water, suitable for families and longer seaside stays. Thanks to its position on Kassandra, Kriopigi can be a good starting point for visiting nearby towns and beaches, especially Kalithea, Polichrono, Hanioti, and Pefkohori. The accommodation is about 82 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 2 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
