Accommodation description

Ioulia Studios is located in the first row by the sandy beach in Keramoti. The offer includes modernly decorated studios and apartments, with the main advantages of this accommodation being the beautiful courtyard and private parking.

The villa is situated 200m away from the beach.

Ioulia Studios is a property built in 2013. There are five studios available (28-35m2) on the ground floor (a few steps above the ground) with a street view, and one duplex apartment (70m2) on the first floor with a view of the courtyard and street.

The two double studios (#1 and #2) have one queen bed. A baby cot can be added to them. The remaining three studios (#3, #4, and #5) each have one queen and one single bed. In studio #4, the queen bed is slightly separated. These three studios can accommodate a fourth person (child) who would sleep on an extra bed or pull-out bed. The studios have a kitchen equipped with a hob, microwave, small fridge, toaster, kettle, and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

The duplex apartment has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. If necessary, two more extra beds can be added. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace overlooking the street, while the terrace overlooking the courtyard is accessed from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove and a large fridge. The bathroom is older and has a bathtub with a curtain. The apartment has three air conditioning units.

All accommodation units have internet, air conditioning, safe, TV, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. The owners are very kind and unobtrusive.

Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every two days. Guests have access to a shared washing machine.

The courtyard is spacious and beautifully landscaped, with a built-in barbecue, a gazebo for socializing and dining, plenty of shade, flowers, and toys for children.

The villa has private parking for its guests.

If you are looking for a modern and clean accommodation near the beach, Ioulia Studios is an excellent choice.
