A contemporary interior, carefully selected details and proximity to the sea create an atmosphere where the holiday naturally unfolds between swimming, views of the moored boats and relaxing in your own private outdoor space.

The property offers two apartments of different capacities, one located on the ground floor and the other spread over two levels, on the first floor and in the attic. The ground-floor apartment accommodates up to three adults and two children and consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It features a double bed in the bedroom, a narrower-than-standard double bed and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The two-level apartment can accommodate up to six adults. The lower level comprises a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, while additional sleeping space is available upstairs, in the attic, on a gallery level. Each bedroom and the open gallery feature one double bed.

A baby cot is available upon request and with prior notice at the time of booking, and its use is included in the accommodation price.

The accommodation is equipped with everything needed for an independent stay, from everyday essentials to appliances that make longer stays easier. Each unit is air-conditioned and features Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a Smart TV, while the two-level apartment has as many as three air-conditioning units. The kitchens are well equipped and include four ceramic hobs, a large oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The two-level apartment also has a microwave oven. For added convenience, a washing machine and hairdryer are available.

The outdoor spaces further enhance the stay, with private areas belonging to both accommodation units. The ground-floor apartment has a veranda with outdoor seating, while the two-level apartment has two balconies, also equipped with seating areas. Both apartments also have a barbecue. Each of these outdoor spaces is ideal for morning coffee, a break during the day or an evening spent relaxing while enjoying the view of the marina from the property’s courtyard. Pets are not allowed at this property.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation, while replacement sets of bed linen and towels are not provided as standard.

Parking is not available within the property, but guests can park their vehicles nearby, along the street, subject to the availability of public parking spaces.

Nea Skioni is a small seaside village on the western coast of Kassandra, known for its long coastline, organized beach and marina, which gives the village its distinctive maritime character. Taverns, restaurants, cafés and shops line the waterfront, making it easy to combine everyday needs with walks by the sea and evenings out. The village is a good choice for those who want to spend their holiday by the sea while also exploring other parts of Kassandra, including Hanioti, 9 km away, and Pefkohori, 12 km away. Thessaloniki and its airport can also be reached by car. Thessaloniki International Airport is 135 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
