A well-positioned hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms equipped with all the essential amenities we needed.

The exterior of the building is more appealing than the interior. We stayed in an apartment that was adequately furnished. A downside was the noticeable sewage smell in the bathroom and the fact that one bed collapsed, despite no one having slept on it. There were instances when we were left without electricity and water, particularly when returning from the beach. The kitchen was properly equipped, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Each room had air conditioning, so the heat was not an issue. The apartment was cleaned, and towels were changed every two days. The daily accommodation rate was 180 euros, which does not justify the quality of the lodging.

This year, I vacationed at the Asteras hotel. Unlike previous years, the accommodation was very comfortable (which is generally a problem in Sarti, as the rooms are usually quite small). A spacious room, a large terrace, and a beautifully arranged space, but... cleanliness was not at a satisfactory level. For the price I am paying per night, this is unacceptable! The floor was dirty as soon as we entered, and the rooms are not cleaned as stated, every other day. I had to remind them about changing the towels, even though it was written that they would be changed every two days. The same goes for the bed linen... Even though we paid for a room with three beds (and the child is only 4 years old), the landlady and the girl at the reception noted that we should not combine the double bed and the extra bed, even though we emphasized that we would return everything to its original state. The child cannot sleep on just the extra bed, which is underneath tiles! In the end, they overlooked this... Then we requested a laundry service (only for beach towels), which we were willing to pay for. However, the girl at the reception was not interested in helping us, which I consider a major flaw for accommodation that calls itself a "hotel". Everything else was nicely arranged and functioning as it should.

An excellent choice for a stay in Sarti! The accommodation is modern, comfortable, clean, and sufficiently spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities both indoors and on the large balcony. We had a triple studio (a family of four, with children aged 3.5 and 1 year), with an additionally requested children's crib and bed guard, which served us perfectly well. The room is regularly cleaned, towels are changed every two days, and bed linens every three days. The staff is very friendly and eager to assist. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach, close to the busiest street with all activities, shops, and restaurants, yet just outside all the hustle and bustle, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The balconies are oriented to the north and provide shade for almost the entire day. Highly recommended for a stay at Asteras!

The price for this type of accommodation is excessively high. The rooms are extremely small; two people can barely pass by each other, and there is neither a basin to wash swimwear nor a container to collect water in the bathroom. The apartment is cleaned only once, on the fifth day after arrival, and the bedding is changed at the same interval. Everything appears new, but the relationship between price and service is unrealistic.

This hotel deserves high praise. It has been completely renovated, and everything is new. The rooms and terrace offer ample space. The hosts are kind and available at any moment you may need them. The hotel's location is excellent, situated about 100 meters from the beach and the same distance from the town center. Parking is available on the street or in the neighboring courtyard, but there is certainly enough space for parking. The internet is commendable, better than in many other accommodations, with a quality connection. Towels and linens are changed every other day, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel is not located on the main streets, so it is quite peaceful at night. The kitchen is well-equipped.

We enjoyed a delightful stay at the hotel, where everything was fresh and immaculate. The room was spacious enough to accommodate four guests. The beach is conveniently close to the hotel, as are the various taverns and shops. The hotel offers a private parking area.

This is the first time we have booked accommodation through you, and I am extremely satisfied. Firstly, I received very prompt, clear, and precise answers to every email inquiry - which is a sign that you genuinely care for your clients. :) Upon our arrival at the location, although we were quite late compared to the indicated time (due to completely unforeseen circumstances), we were greeted by an exceptionally kind young lady who showed us to our accommodation and provided us with the initial necessary information - we felt very welcome, even though it was quite late in the evening and she had been waiting for us for several hours. The accommodation itself was a particularly pleasant surprise. Everything has been completely renovated - the hotel building looks entirely different than in the pictures we saw on your website. The furniture, kitchenette, and bathroom are all brand new and perfectly clean. Not to mention the new soft towels and bed linen. Parking was secured, which is a significant advantage in Sarti where all the streets are narrow and tricky for parking. The beach is just 50 meters from the hotel, in the nicer part of Sarti beach, known as New Sarti. There is a café on the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. The sunbeds are free of charge, but you are required to order at least something to drink (the prices are expected, more or less like everywhere in Greece). The staff is courteous and do not bother you if you bring your own drinks, nor do they pressure you to constantly order something. And best of all, there is plenty of space on the beach; you don't have to "queue up" with your towels at dawn to secure a spot. All in all, my sincere recommendation.

It appears that the hotel has recently undergone refurbishment. The studio is sufficiently spacious, adorned with stylish and modern furnishings. The beds are large and comfortable, while the kitchen and bathroom are exceptional. The location is ideal - removed from the noisy central area yet still within a short walking distance, and just a mere 2 minutes to the beach.

The hotel is not bad. However, for that price, I expected somewhat better accommodation. While strolling through Sarti, I came across available lodgings that were very attractive for a low price. But, it is what it is.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, close to all amenities. Room cleaning and towel replacement occur every three days. The owners do not speak English, but they make an effort to meet all your needs. The kitchen utensils are quite basic; the frying pan and knives exist only in a physical sense and are practically unusable. The terraces are too close together and are not separated, giving you the impression that you are on the same terrace as your neighbors. Music can be heard all night long on Fridays and Saturdays.

We were accommodated in room 214 on the top floor. The room is spacious enough for a family with two children, as it includes a double bed and two extra beds. The terrace is large and offers a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is excellently located in a quiet area, right at the beginning of the old part of Sarti. The sea is just 50 meters away, and supermarkets and bakeries are just a few steps from the hotel. The courtyard is well-maintained, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. The only minor complaint is about the mattresses, which are quite firm and not very comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes and plates. I highly recommend it. The owner and his wife are very kind.

There is a bakery and a shop in the immediate vicinity, and the staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are shaded, so we did not need to use the air conditioning. The internet is satisfactory, and my stay was truly pleasant. This is my first time in Sarti, and I am delighted with the place. Since my husband and I were alone, we were able to relax and recharge our energy. Next time, we plan to bring the kids too :-)

The accommodation is clean, situated in an excellent location, perfectly distanced yet close to everything. Initially, the ground-floor room seemed like a poor choice, but it turned out to be splendid. The house is oriented such that the sun warms the windows only until 9 AM, after which it becomes cool, so there is generally no need to use air conditioning. The price is a bit steep for what is offered, but that’s typical of the Greeks. Those who overlook their excessive laid-back attitude and lower their expectations will certainly find what they need in the accommodation, provided their demands are reasonable, of course. It would be nice if they offered discounts for longer stays. I recommend it.

An excellent location in Sarti, a quiet street yet at the beginning of the pedestrian zone and just 50 meters from the sea. The cleanliness is commendable, towels and bed linens are changed every three days, the property is beautiful and relatively new, and everything functions as it should. The bathroom is superb by Greek standards, featuring a proper shower cabin, always dry and clean, and sufficiently spacious. The terrace is also fantastic, large with a lovely view, and from the second floor, one can see the sea beautifully. The hosts are fine, unobtrusive, and do not speak English, making communication a bit challenging. The kitchen in the apartment is also satisfactory, equipped with everything necessary, and everything works well. There are two flat-screen TVs in the apartment, albeit with only Greek channels. The WiFi is, as is common in Greece, poor, sometimes working and sometimes not.

An excellent location for the hotel in Sarti. The cleanliness of the rooms is at a very high level, as is the frequency of cleaning. The appearance and maintenance of the building and courtyard are also very well done. The staff is pleasant and unobtrusive.

Truly exceptional accommodation in its category. Location: right on the edge of the central pedestrian zone, the nearest shop and bakery are just about twenty meters away. In front of the hotel, there is a public fountain with drinking water. At the end of August, there were no issues finding parking spaces. At night, music could be heard from the nearby hotel, until around 1 AM, but it wasn't too loud. After that, only the sound of waves. Garden: small but excellently maintained. At the entrance, there is a shower and a foot-washing fountain to remove sand. During our stay, the children did not play on the lawn, but that might be possible. Rooms: we had a triple room (under one bed, a mattress could be pulled out for an additional child). Very spacious. Plenty of drawers and hangers in the wardrobe, but no shelves. Quite enough space for the belongings of a family of three; I think it would be a bit cramped for a family of four. There are enough power outlets. Large flat-screen TV. Bed linens are changed, and the room is thoroughly cleaned every third day! Kitchen: adequately equipped, it even has a kettle. We even found a sponge for washing dishes and a little detergent. Bathroom: smaller in size but functional. The shower cabin is very spacious. There are enough hooks for hanging towels, and there is an outlet for a hairdryer. Upon arrival, we received two small soaps, and there was always enough toilet paper. A set of 2 towels per person is changed every third day! Balcony: spacious, with a large and sturdy table that can comfortably seat 4 people. It is fully covered, so it’s not a problem to eat and sit outside even if it rains lightly. From our first-floor balcony, we had a wonderful view of Athos. The Wi-Fi connection is better on the balcony than in the room. The speed is sufficient for checking emails and similar tasks; larger documents are difficult to upload. Drawbacks: the TV only has Greek channels (in principle, we don't need a TV at the seaside; we bring cartoons on the computer for our child, but if there is one, it would be nice to have at least one channel in English since all the Greek ones are dubbed). It would be useful to have a smaller pot, a serving tray (for carrying dishes to the terrace where we eat), and one larger sharp knife. I have already mentioned the lack of shelves for belongings. There were only 5 clips. All drawbacks are minor compared to the perfect location and fantastic level of cleanliness!
