Vicky’s Family House is the accommodation in a very quiet location close to the center of Stavros. It has four spacious and renovated (2018) apartments for 4-5 persons. In a landscaped and enclosed yard, ideal for children to play, you can enjoy a barbecue, and parking is also provided. Pets are welcome.

The accommodation is located about 400m from the beach and the center, while the nearest market (Discount), bakery, and restaurant are 200–400m away. A dirt road leads to the house after turning off the main road.

The apartments are located on the ground floor and the first floor. A baby cot is available on request and is included in the price.

The four-bed apartments on the ground floor have a hill view. They are air-conditioned and have a kitchen with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dining table with chairs, internet, TV, and a spacious corner terrace. The bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.

The four-bed apartments with two bedrooms on the first floor have a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a folding sofa in the living room. These apartments are air-conditioned and have a kitchen with two burners, a large fridge with a freezer, a dining table with chairs, internet, TV, and a spacious corner terrace.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment themselves. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay if the stay is ten nights or longer.

A parking space is provided in front of the accommodation.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
