Nikiti Botanic Pool Suites is a newly built holiday complex located only 10 minutes by car from the famous holiday village of Nikiti – in Chalkidiki Greece. One of the best advantages of our complex is its perfect location – close to all amenities and yet in a quiet side of the naturally verdant landscape.
Nikiti Botanic Pool Suites is a Self-catering type of vacation rental where the guests are responsible for preparing their meals and are provided with the necessary kitchen, cooking and cleaning facilities.
The natural environment has inspired us to use natural materials for the interiors, beautiful colours and custom-made furniture related to the landscape. Our guests will enter this unique place and feel the connection with the nearby sea with its crystal clear waters and the vibrant plant life in the surrounding area.
We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing accommodation properties, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are complete and error-free.

- Adults are considered to be persons older than 14 years.
- Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
- A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
