Our description
Eco Electra Villa is a luxury accommodation near Elia Beach that offers an authentic royal vacation experience, in absolute privacy and isolation. This is an extremely comfortable villa with a fireplace fully equipped with high quality furniture, tucked away in a quiet location next to a private pool, away from the crowds and mass tourism.
It is located within the complex which has direct access to the beach, about 100 meters away from the sandy shore. The nearest shop is about 400m away, along the beach. Nikiti and Neos Marmaras are about 8km away. The reception does not exist due to discretion, so it is necessary to announce the arrival in order for the clerk to unlock the villa. Security within the complex is present every day.
The villa (90m2) can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a large furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a balcony with sea view, private pool (32m2) and a large fenced garden in the greenery (330m2)
The kitchen in the villa is fully equipped with a stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, and the water is potable thanks to the built-in filters.
There is one comfortable double bed in each bedroom, each room has air conditioning, and in the bathroom there are glass shower cabins, cosmetics and a hair dryer.
The villa has WiFi internet, mosquito nets, satellite TV and safety deposit box.
Changing of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done after three nights, and laundry and ironing services are available.
Pool and beach towels (as well as sun loungers and parasols on the beach) are provided, and their use is included in the rental price.
Pets are allowed, with prior agreement with the owners.
The villa has its own completely private yard (from which you can not see the other villas that are part of the same complex), which is fenced and secured with a sliding gate for remote opening.
Private and covered parking lot is available.
If you are coming from the direction of Nikiti, the easiest way to reach the villa is to turn off the main road into the street on the right at a distance of about one kilometer after passing the turnoff for the large Lily Ann Hotel.

Villa is located on Elia Beach (72m from the beach), betqeen Nikiti (at the distance of 8,2km) and Neos Marmaras (at the distance of 8,2km too) on Sithonia....
Villa is available for reservations from April till November.
Villa can be rented to four persons (we prefer four adults). Pets are alllowed (upon previous agreement). Villa is consisted of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large comfortably equipped living room with fireplace, completely equipped kitchen, balcony with sea view, large fenced garden with greenery and private pool (32m2). In the yard of the villa, next to the pool, there are sunbeds for suntanning and umbrella, as well as a comfortable sitting set. In the whole complex there is a free WiFi Star Link.
Villa is mostly built from the natural stone and other natural materials and the owners are trying to maintain the villa in ecosustainable way.

This property does not accommodate persons younger than 18 years.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
