Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
One of the most popular accommodations for PefkohoriAdriana Studios is the accommodation on a promenade, near the dock, just a few steps from the sandy beach in Pefkohori. It was renovated in 2015 and it's in excellent condition. It consists of two buildings, Adriana Studios and Adriana Boutique Apartments with 22 units for 2-4 people, 10 of which have a beautiful view of the sea. Small pets are welcome.
The nearest market and bakery are 50-100m away.
Adriana Studios offers triple i.e. quadruple studios and junior suite, while the Adriatic Apartments offers boutique apartments. Only studios and apartments are available for online booking.
The apartments are modernly equipped and air-conditioned. They have a separate bedroom with one double and a single bed, as well another room with one or two single beds or a sofa bed.
Triple studios have 32m2 and quadruple apartments 42m2. All studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV and a hairdryer. Mosquito nets are available only in studios.
The accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge and a hot plate, and several of them have a stove with an oven. The bathrooms generally have a shower cabin, except for some with a shower with a curtain.
There'a bar where guests can relax and enjoy the sun and the sea. There is also a shower. Sunshades and deck chairs are free of charge with the required purchase from the bar.
Cleaning is done every day. Bed linen and towel change is every 2-3 days.
Private parking is not provided, so guests can park in the immediate vicinity. Due to the location in the center, be prepared for the crowd at the peak of the season.
Adriana Studios is the right choice if you're looking for accommodation at just 10 steps from the sea, close to the variety of facilities offered by Pefkohori.
