Ploumis House is located in the village of Sikija on Sitonia, 4.9 kilometers from the beach. This accommodation is designed as a space that offers guests peace and comfort, in an environment that combines tradition and the natural beauty of the area. The location itself allows visitors to experience the authentic atmosphere of the village, while the apartment interior provides all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The apartment is on the first floor and accommodates up to two adults and three children. The space includes a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. There is also an additional bedroom that is locked and not accessible to guests. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has a bed for one person and a sofa that can accommodate two people. The interior is simple and pleasant, providing a functional environment suitable for a family vacation.

Guests have access to two air conditioners to ensure a comfortable temperature in all rooms, WiFi for uninterrupted communication and mobile device use, and a television for relaxation with movies or music. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four ceramic heating zones and a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a filter, an espresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher that makes daily routines easier. Additional conveniences include a hairdryer, an iron with an ironing board, and a washing machine, which are especially useful during longer stays or after a day at the beach.

The apartment has two balconies that provide guests with extra space for rest and enjoyment. From the balconies, there is a view of the street and surrounding hills, making the stay peaceful and relaxing. Morning coffee or evening gatherings on the balcony turn into pleasant moments, while the view of nature enhances the feeling of connection with the place.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment, ensuring that the space remains tidy and suited to a calm stay for all guests.

During the stay, cleaning is provided for guests staying longer than five days and is carried out halfway through the stay. At that time, bed linen and towels are also changed, contributing to the cleanliness and comfort of the space. If needed, additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra charge, giving guests the flexibility to organize their stay according to their habits.

In front of the apartment, one private parking space is available, providing guests with security and convenience during their stay.

Sikija is a large and old village on Sitonia, known for its long tradition and preserved Greek character. Stone houses, small churches, and simple architecture recall past times, while quiet streets and wooden balconies create a sense of authenticity. Nestled among hills, not far from the coast, Sikija offers scenes filled with tranquility and warmth. Only a few minutes’ drive separates it from a spacious sandy beach, where the golden shore meets clear seawater. In the surrounding area, smaller secluded coves such as Klimataria, Turkolimnionas, Linaraki, Pigadakia, and Valti can be found, ideal for peaceful holidays and swimming. Life in the village flows slowly, with the scent of fresh bread from bakeries and homemade dishes in taverns, while seasonal bars and restaurants along the coast complete summer evenings. Sikija is a place where tradition and nature intertwine harmoniously, offering guests the chance to experience Sitonia in a quiet, authentic way. Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
