A very pleasant accommodation with a beautiful view of the sea and right on the beach. It is located in an excellent spot from where all the stunning beaches of Thassos can be visited. The accommodation is quite old, the windows cannot be closed, and as a negative point, I must mention that we had issues with electricity.

The owner is very kind, the location is excellent, and the beach is right next to the accommodation, which is not crowded. The accommodation is a bit older, but it is clean and well-maintained. The only downside is the poor internet in the lower apartments and the very small bathroom with a shower.

Topouzi studio is a modest accommodation equipped with all the necessary amenities for a holiday. The owner is exceptionally kind, always accommodating, and ready to assist (my husband had a dental issue, and she immediately helped). The only downside is the weak internet connection, but perhaps it's for the best, as it allows the mind to completely unwind. 😄

For our family of five, the accommodation was ideal: spacious, well-equipped, albeit modest and of older construction. Additionally, the proximity to the sea is a significant advantage, and it is our top priority. The beach is quite suitable for daily swimming, starting with larger stones, gradually deepening, uncrowded, with clean water and calm seas without large waves. It was a perfectly peaceful vacation, slightly removed from the hustle and bustle and souvenir shops, yet close enough for strolls and purchasing necessities. There is also a fish market nearby with fresh fish. Moreover, in Limenarija, there is a doctor who speaks Serbian well.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation. Although the studio is small, particularly the bathroom, everything is exceptionally clean. The terrace is lovely and remains shaded throughout the day. The description provided by Nikana is accurate. Collaboration with Nikana is at the highest level. Quick, precise, and efficient service with plenty of useful information about the destination.

A classic modest Greek accommodation. In the studio where we stayed, there were only basic amenities regarding the kitchen and other essentials. The air conditioning is complimentary, there is no television, and towels and bed linens are changed halfway through the stay. The owner of the accommodation is very attentive and helpful with anything needed. We did not have any issues with bees. What sets this accommodation apart from others is its location and flexibility.

If you seek luxury and novelties in travel and accommodation, you will not find them here. However, if you are in pursuit of authenticity and traditional Greek hospitality, you have arrived at the right destination! With breathtaking views, the scent of the sea and salt in the air, the closeness of the sea and beach, a wonderful host, complimentary parking, and the opportunity to prepare your own meals in a fully equipped kitchen or on the outdoor barbecue, this place offers a pristine environment with every kind of service you might desire. We fell in love with Topouzis Studios, particularly with Ioana, the owner and host. She is a remarkable lady in every way. We will certainly return in the years to come. We stayed at this accommodation for ten days at the beginning of September in a three-person studio, and we were extremely satisfied. The kitchen is small, there is no cabin in the bathroom, and the accommodation itself is modest, but none of that bothered us. The tranquility, the sound of the waves, and the view of the sea from the bed are luxuries that are essential for our vacation. I believe we have found the perfect place for a summer holiday.

We are having an exceptionally enjoyable time.

We stayed at Topouzis 1 for 8 nights during August 2022. The owner of the accommodation was exceptionally accommodating; she allowed us to check in early, even though the official check-in time was at 3 PM, and she immediately provided us with a bed for our child as soon as she noticed we had a little one, without any extra charge. Overall, the accommodation is well-equipped, featuring two bedrooms with blinds and mosquito nets (comfortable beds), a separate decent kitchen, a bathroom, two spacious terraces, proximity to the sea, shade throughout the day, parking for a car, and an outdoor shower. In the yard, we even had a sunbed and a swing just for us. The drawbacks of the accommodation lie in the fact that everything is quite old and worn out. For instance, when you plug in a charger into the socket, the entire socket comes out of the wall when you pull it out, and if you hang a towel, the hook falls down along with the towel... Such issues did not bother us too much. Another significant downside is the bathroom, which is tiny and lacks a shower cabin, having only tiles. After bathing, the entire bathroom gets wet. There were many bees that came as soon as we brought out any food, but there weren't many mosquitoes. Another downside could be the beach in front of the accommodation. The beach is not at the same level as the accommodation; you have to go down to it, which can be done via stairs about ten meters from the gate, or over a pile of gravel and pebbles that stretches along the entire beach. Because of this pile of gravel, the beach appears a bit unkempt, although right next door is the Sunray hotel with sunbeds where it is a bit tidier. The entry into the water is rocky; this did not bother us, but it might bother some. Aside from that, the sea in Limenarija is quite decent, and we always found swimming near the accommodation to be the most enjoyable, as unlike the most famous beaches of Thassos, which are always crowded, Limenarija never has crowds, allowing you to truly relax. While we were there, there were a few days of waves and wind, which they say is typical for August, and a few days when the water was crystal clear and calm. The center of Limenarija is about a ten-minute walk away, so the location of the accommodation is quite satisfactory. All in all, if you are looking for modest accommodation at a reasonable price, Topouzis is an excellent choice. It serves as a perfect base for exploring the island, as many famous beaches are nearby.

Excellent location, exceptionally clean.

The accommodation is excellent for the price offered. The bathroom and kitchen could be in slightly better condition, but none of that matters when you step out onto the terrace with the sea right in front of you. Or you wake up in the morning and enjoy a direct view of the sea from your bed. The beach in front of the apartment is decent, although we went to nearby sandy beaches since we were with children. The owner is fantastic; every time we saw her, she was always smiling. All in all, a wonderful experience from our vacation.

Everything regarding the accommodation is as you have described. There is no shower cabin, which suited us because the tiles are set quite high, allowing us to use the entire bathroom for showering (it would have been difficult to bathe the children in a shower cabin). The mosquito nets are excellent, although it is challenging to keep them closed with children around. We did not use the air conditioning as there was no need for it. As you mentioned, the washing machine could be used if necessary. The kitchen is rather small. The beach is mostly rocky or has "slabs" at the entrance. There were parts (30m to the right of our accommodation) where the entrance is only 2-3m rocky, and after that, it is sandy. Overall, we are satisfied. It was beautiful. The island is lovely. I am curious about when we could earliest inquire about accommodation for next year through your agency, as the accommodation we found will likely be "booked" quickly. Thank you.

We spent our vacation at Irina Villa 1, from August 31 to September 15, 2013. It was everything we had hoped for; the accommodation may not be glamorous, but it is right on the beach. The studio is equipped with all the essentials for a delightful getaway, and should anything be lacking, the VERY hospitable owners will promptly provide it. The studio features a small terrace with a view of the sea. It is suitable for two to three guests, but we stayed with two children aged 9 and 1.5 years.
