Privero Apartment is located in Sykia, a traditional village on the eastern coast of Sithonia, known for its authentic atmosphere and slower pace of life compared to more developed tourist resorts. Situated within the village, about 4.7 kilometers from the nearest beach, this accommodation can be a good choice for guests who want a quieter environment and a holiday during which they will explore the many beaches and natural beauties of this part of Sithonia.

The apartment is on the raised ground floor, accessed by five steps, and is designed for up to four adults. It consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room offers a sofa for two people. The interior of the apartment is characterized by light tones, newer furniture, and carefully selected decorative details that give the space a pleasant and harmonious appearance.

The apartment is equipped to meet the needs of guests seeking functional and simply organized accommodation during their holiday. Air conditioning ensures comfort during warmer days, while WiFi and Smart TV provide communication, information, and entertainment in free time. The kitchen area is equipped with a ceramic hob with two cooking zones, a large refrigerator with a freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, allowing guests to prepare breakfast, light meals, and hot drinks during their stay. A hair dryer is available in the bathroom.

The apartment has a balcony furnished with seating, overlooking the street and surroundings. Guests also have access to a shared fenced, paved yard, while a private barbecue offers the possibility of preparing meals outdoors during the stay.

During the stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. For reservations of four days or more, guests are provided with an additional clean set of bed linen and towels, which they can use as needed, while for shorter stays, replacement of bed linen and towels is not included.

Guests have access to two private parking spaces within the property, which can be particularly important during a stay in a village located away from the coast and beaches.

Sykia is one of the largest settlements in Sithonia, located in its southeastern part, between hilly hinterland and a coastline that hides some of the peninsula’s most famous beaches. Unlike many places in Halkidiki that developed directly by the sea, it was founded and grew inland, which over time preserved a different character. While the surrounding coasts gradually opened to tourism, the village continued its everyday rhythm, and many still see it as a place that remained a village even after tourism arrived in Sithonia. Walking through its streets reveals old houses, flower‑filled yards, and places where locals gather throughout the year. Tourism has brought new facilities and opportunities, but it has not changed the basic identity of the village. For this reason, it leaves a different impression compared to most seaside resorts, offering visitors the chance to experience everyday life in a traditional Halkidiki village. Although not located directly on the coast, its position makes it a good starting point for exploring eastern Sithonia. Nearby are the beaches of Sykia, Klimataria, Tourkolimnionas, Kriaritsi, and Tigania, as well as many smaller coves that have become known over the years for their clean sea and natural surroundings. Many visitors choose to stay in this part of the peninsula precisely for this reason, combining the quieter atmosphere of the village with daily visits to different beaches in the area. Today, Sykia has shops, bakeries, taverns, and other facilities needed for everyday living, but what still sets it apart is not tourist infrastructure, but the feeling of being in a place that has not lost its connection to its origins. Unlike larger resorts, the atmosphere is shaped equally by the everyday life of locals and the tourist season. For this reason, visitors often feel they are staying in a real village, not in a settlement that exists solely for tourism. The accommodation is about 141 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
