Sofia's Olive Grove Villa is a self-catering accommodation that offers its guests a vacation without the hustle and bustle of the city, as it is located in a quiet location. Private parking and a barbecue area are available.
Accommodation is located in Skala Kallirachi, 850m from the city beach and the first market is 600m away.
It is a villa that offers five accommodation units - two four-bed studios (26-28m2), one three-bed studio (24m2) and two two-bed studios (22m2).
The two-bed studio B is located on the first floor and has one double bed and has a view of the sea, while the two-bed studio E, which is equipped in the same way, is located on the upper ground floor and has a view of the olive grove. The three-bed studio A is located on the first floor and has a folding armchair in addition to the double bed. This unit overlooks the sea. The four-bed studio C is located on the upper ground floor and, in addition to the double bed, also has bunk beds, with matresses suitable for adults also. The terrace of this studio overlooks the olive grove and the courtyard. The second four-bed studio (D) is also located on the upper ground floor and has a view of the olive grove. It is equipped in the same way as the first four-bed studio, with one double bed and bunk beds.
Accommodation units have a kitchen with two induction hotplates, a toaster, an electric kettle and a coffee maker, air conditioning and a TV set, internet access, a hair dryer and a cot, if needed, which can be obtained on request.
The yard is fenced, partially in the shade. There is an outdoor shower, patio seating and a barbecue area. Private parking is also available to guests.
Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every third day.

Sofia's Olive Grove Villa is a modern accommodation located in Skala Kallirachi, two minutes by car from the beach.
There are five studios in its composition, two two-bed studios with one double bed each, one three-bed studio with a double bed and a sofa, and two four-bed studios with one double bed and bunk beds each. All accommodation units have an equipped kitchen and bathroom, and the guests also have at their disposal a hairdryer, TV, internet, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and safe. Two studios are located on the first floor and have a view of the sea, while the others are located on the upper ground floor and have a view of the olive trees.
The building has a private parking lot with video surveillance.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Čisto i uredno. Peškiri i posteljina se menjaju na 3 dana. Dobra lokacija koja je malo dalje od plaže ali Tasos je ionako koncipiran takonda se svaki dan obilaze druge plaže. Gazda je ljubazan i predusretljiv. Odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta. Za svaku preporuku.

Upravo boravimo u ovom smestaju. Sve je novo, cisto, uredno, za svaku pohvalu! Kuhinja je opremljena i nekim aparatima kojih inace nema u studijima - toster, mutilica za nes, indukciona ploca.... Takodje u studiju postoji i kvalitetan fen i pegla. Sve je veoma cisto, peskiri i posteljina se menjaju na svaka 3 dana. Gazde su i vise nego ljubazne i pristupacne. Nas je posle par dana u studiju sacekao i pun tanjir voca za decu! Jedino sto nekome moze da smeta je lokacija jer je zaista malo dalje od plaze, ali ko planira da obilazi ostrvo kao mi, njemu to nece biti nikakav problem! Zaista sve pohvale!!!!

Lokacija apartmana je idealna ukoliko želite da obilazite celo ostrvo, kako su skoro na istoj razdaljini i Limenas, Potos, Limenarija… Nalazi se na 4 minuta autom od prve plaže u mestu Kallirachi. Mi se tu nismo kupali, već smo svaki dan išli na drugu plažu, kako bismo obišli celo ostrvo. Vlasnici su jako ljubazni, gostoprimljivi, druželjubivi. Apartman je bio baš kao sa slike. Veoma čist, prostran. Uzeli smo onaj sa pogledom na more. Terasa je idealna za doručak ili uveče za uživanje i odmor. Tri puta za deset dana su nam čistili ceo apartman i menjali peškire i posteljinu. Zaista za svaku preporuku.
