Sofia’s Olive Grove Villa is a self-catering accommodation that offers its guests a vacation without the hustle and bustle of the city, as it is located in a quiet location. Private parking and a barbecue area are available.

Accommodation is located in Skala Kallirachi, 850m from the city beach and the first market is 600m away.

It is a villa that offers five accommodation units - two four-bed studios (26-28m2), one three-bed studio (24m2) and two two-bed studios (22m2).

The two-bed studio B is located on the first floor and has one double bed and has a view of the sea, while the two-bed studio E, which is equipped in the same way, is located on the upper ground floor and has a view of the olive grove. The three-bed studio A is located on the first floor and has a folding armchair in addition to the double bed. This unit overlooks the sea. The four-bed studio C is located on the upper ground floor and, in addition to the double bed, also has bunk beds, with matresses suitable for adults also. The terrace of this studio overlooks the olive grove and the courtyard. The second four-bed studio (D) is also located on the upper ground floor and has a view of the olive grove. It is equipped in the same way as the first four-bed studio, with one double bed and bunk beds.

Accommodation units have a kitchen with two induction hotplates, a toaster, an electric kettle and a coffee maker, air conditioning and a TV set, internet access, a hair dryer and a cot, if needed, which can be obtained on request.

The yard is fenced, partially in the shade. There is an outdoor shower, patio seating and a barbecue area. Private parking is also available to guests.

Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every third day.

If you want accommodation in a quiet location, with private parking and beautifully decorated units, Sofia’s Olive Grove Villa can be an excellent choice.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
