The two-storey house is located within a beautifully landscaped yard. The owners reside on the upper floor, whereas the ground floor, or rather the elevated ground floor (7 steps above ground level), is intended for rental purposes.

The accommodation has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a couch, while the other is equipped with a queen-sized bed and a convertible couch. The house has kitchen and dining area within a living room with a cozy sectional sofa. There are also two bathrooms, both shower with curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer.

The accommodation has two air conditioning units, a TV, internet access, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer.

There is a spacious veranda with seating arrangements in front of the house, while a summer gazebo is located in the yard next to the barbecue.

Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the premises themselves.
