Niki House offers the breathtaking panoramic view of Sarti, as well as the beautiful, small courtyard, full of flowers. It is ideal for the families with children who want to be close to all facilities and the beach, but still on the quiet location, without noise.

The house is located near the center of old Sarti. The beach is at 270m and in its immediate vicinity, there are supermarket and bakery (around 150m). It’s located on a small hill and all the facilities, as well as the beach, are very close.

It is consisted of two studios on the first floor and two apartments on the first and second floor. Maximum number of people in the apartments is five, while in studios is three.

Studios have a double bed or two single beds, as well as the possibility of adding an extra bed, so they can accommodate two adults and a child. Owners can provide a baby cot (upon request when booking).

Family apartments can be quadruple or quintuple. In the room with the kitchen, there is one double bed, while in the bedroom there are two bunk beds. In one of these apartments, there’s a drawer bed under the double bed, while in the other one there is a single bed next to the double bed. These apartments can accommodate families with two or three children.

All accommodation units have mosquito nets, TV, WiFi internet, air conditioner, iron, hairdryer, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with kettle, coffee machine, toaster and hotplates. Apartments have a large, while studios have a small refrigerator, both are with freezer compartment. In the bathroom of apartments, there’s a shower with curtain, while in the studios there is just a shower (only tiles, no curtain). All balconies are looking over the sea from afar and over Sarti.

The owners perform a small cleaning every day, general cleaning after three days, while the replacement of towels and bed linen is done after two days. It is possible to use the washing machine upon agreement with the owner. Also, pets are allowed upon request.

The courtyard is small, but well arranged and full of flowers. There’s a table with chairs and space for children to play, and as there is enough shade, it’s pleasant for the guests to spend their afternoons here. There are also umbrellas that guests can take to the beach. There is no outdoor shower, but guests can use the tap in front of the accommodation. Private parking does not exist, but owners always strive to keep free parking space in front of the accommodation.

Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you enter Sarti, turn to second street on the left. Continue straight, then turn left again in the third street and after few meters you will see the house on your left.

Niki House is open throughout the year, so the building has a central heating system, in case you decide to stay during cold months.

Accommodation is suitable for families who prefer to use a car during their stay as little as possible, but to get to the promenade, restaurants and a beach in a few minutes on foot. This is a family accommodation where friendly owners care about their guests and strive to provide them a complete satisfaction.
