A brand new and modernly decorated, Lena’s and Sofi’s House is set on a quiet location, a bit further from Trani Ammouda beach near Ormos Panagias. Surrounded by a spacious courtyard with a lot of greenery, it’s an ideal choice for families with children.
The beach is at about 1km, while the closest market and taverns are about 1km away. Next to it, there’s Nick and Sofi’s House, which is perfect for several families traveling together.
The house (68m2) has two bedrooms with a double bed and a living room with a sofa, as well as and two other sofa beds which can be enlarged and they are suitable for one person each. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all necessary utensils, there is a large fridge, stove with oven and a coffee machine. The bathroom is new and has a cabin shower. The house is air-conditioned, has a television, mosquito nets and a shower in the yard.
Since the owners are not staying in the accommodation, they will leave clean towels, as well as the bed linen, and the guest themselves replace them.
The courtyard is spacious and nicely arranged, with a lot of greenery and trees, shower, barbecue and parking. There’s a patio with a big table and chairs for hanging out with family and friends.
You will reach the accommodation by driving on the main road and after turning to Agios Nikolaos turn left at the Shell gas station. You will drive 2km and reach the accommodation located on the left.
Lena’s and Sofi’s House can be the perfect choice for guests coming with their own car and looking for a house where they will be able to relax and enjoy their vacation. Primarily designed for the owners, this house has everything that one or two families may need.
