Asterias 2 Villa is located in Limenaria, in the second row from the sea. This location is excellent because it is in the center of the town, but still secluded from the noise and crowds. All three studios have been renovated and they have modern furniture.

The closest beach in front of the Hotel Ralitsa is 150m away, as well as the closest supermarket, bakery and pharmacy.

This is a new, beautiful and renovated villa. There are three studios on the high ground floor (one double and two triple, with a possibility of adding another single bed) available. The rest of the villa is used by the owners as their private quarters. The studios are entered directly from the street, across the stairs and a large porch (shared balcony). Double studio has a separate staircase and porch, while two triple studios share the stairs and the porch. On the porch there are table and chairs for each apartment and it overlooks the bridge and the sea.

In a double studio (25m2) there is a double bed, kitchenette, bathroom, air conditioning and TV.

Three-bed studios have one double and single bed, but also enough room to add another single bed if needed. There’s also a kitchen, as well as the entrance to the bathroom that was renovated this year. The furniture is new and modern. One studio has an area of 30m2 and the other has 35m2.

Guests can have meals in the hotel Asterias, owned by the same person. Hotel is just 30m away from the villa.

Cleaning is done daily, and the replacement of bedding and towels every three days.

Parking space the guests can find in the near by streets.

Coming from Prinos turn right on the main crossroad in Limenaria and go downhill until the police station. Turn right to the pedestrian zone and after 100m you will see the hotel and tavern Asterias. Villa is just behind them.

The great advantage of this villa is it’s location. It is close to all the shops and tavernas so the guests can enjoy nice evening walks without using the car. Accommodation is on the south of the island, so almost all the most popular beaches are very close by.
