The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, nestled in a quiet environment, providing guests with additional privacy and a pleasant stay during their vacation. It is intended to accommodate up to five people and consists of a functionally equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, making the accommodation ideal for both families and groups of friends.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice when booking.
The apartment is air-conditioned with a total of two air conditioning units, ensuring a pleasant temperature and comfort during the stay, even on the hottest summer days. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
