Dariva Apartment is located just 50 meters away from the beach in the seaside village of Nea Skioni, stretching along the sandy coastline in the southern part of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki. The area is characterized by lush vegetation, making it a perfect choice for those seeking tranquility, relaxation, and privacy.
The accommodation is a two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate a maximum of seven adults, situated on the ground floor of a building within a residential complex. The complex features a well-maintained courtyard with stone paths, a garden with greenery, and flower beds. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a sofa for two persons and a single bed, while the living room includes another sofa for two persons.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot is available.
The air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, hairdryer, iron, clothes drying rack, private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates and large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, and a kettle.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea and the courtyard on the furnished veranda.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the unit during their stay, as well as replacing bed linens and towels, which are provided only for stays longer than ten days. An additional set of bed linens and towels is not provided for stays shorter than ten days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
