Dariva Apartment is located just 50 meters from the beach in the coastal village of Nea Skioni, which stretches along a sandy coastline on the southern part of the Kassandra Peninsula in Halkidiki. This area is known for its lush vegetation, making it the perfect choice for those seeking tranquility, relaxation, and privacy.

This accommodation consists of a two-bedroom apartment, ideal for up to six adults, situated on the ground floor of a building that is part of a residential complex. The complex features a well-maintained garden with stone paths, greenery, and flower beds. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a sofa bed for two people and a single bed, and the living room includes an additional sofa bed for two people.

On request, a baby crib is available at no extra charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a TV, a ceiling fan, a hairdryer, an iron, a clothes drying rack, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, and an electric kettle.

Guests can spend time on the furnished veranda, enjoying the view of the sea and the garden.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the unit during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is the responsibility of the guests, and is available only for stays longer than ten days. For stays shorter than ten days, additional sets of linen and towels are not provided.

There is no dedicated parking space for guests, but free parking spaces are always available nearby.

There were eight of us, two families with two small children each, and it was quite comfortable. We had everything we needed, including dishes, glasses, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with an oven, and air conditioning. The apartment is slightly "buried" so the sun only shines directly in the afternoon, which means it is mostly shaded and pleasant for sitting. The first beach is literally down the street; it’s not spectacular, it’s small, but it was perfect for our morning swim. The larger beach with a beach bar is a bit further away, perhaps a five-minute walk, and it has more amenities. There is a grassy parking lot right next to the apartment complex, it’s free, and we always managed to find a spot. Communication with the owners was extremely polite, easy, and normal; truly all praise. The only thing that could be improved is the corner sofa in the living room, which is quite uncomfortable for sleeping, having sagged in several places from sitting, and the screens on the terrace doors that are torn at the corners.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
