Dariva Apartment is located just 50 meters from the beach in the coastal village of Nea Skioni, which stretches along a sandy coastline on the southern part of the Kassandra Peninsula in Halkidiki. This area is known for its lush vegetation, making it the perfect choice for those seeking tranquility, relaxation, and privacy.

This accommodation consists of a two-bedroom apartment, ideal for up to six adults, situated on the ground floor of a building that is part of a residential complex. The complex features a well-maintained garden with stone paths, greenery, and flower beds. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a sofa bed for two people and a single bed, and the living room includes an additional sofa bed for two people.

On request, a baby crib is available at no extra charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a TV, a ceiling fan, a hairdryer, an iron, a clothes drying rack, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, and an electric kettle.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
