Our description
The accommodation Gatos Studios is located in a quiet location, about 200m from the center of Asprovalta and offers 16 studios with a capacity of 2-4 people, as well as two apartments. In addition to the well-maintained and clean units, guests have access to a yard, brick barbecue and parking.
The nearest shop, bakery and restaurant are in the center, 200m away, and the beach is about 450m away.
The studio area ranges from 20 to 25 m2. All have air conditioning, internet, TV, mosquito nets, clothes dryer, kitchen (with two-burner stove and small fridge), bathroom (with enclosed shower without curtain) and terrace. A baby cot can be provided at the time of booking, upon request.
Hair dryers are available only in lux studios, and guests of other studios can ask the owner for a hair dryer.
Ordinary studios are located on the high ground floor, three steps from ground level. Each one has at least one double bed, and next to it, the three-bed studios have one single bed, and the four-bed studios have one more double or two single beds.
Lux studios are on the first floor. They are better equipped than ordinary ones, there are more dishes in the kitchen, and the types of beds are the same as in ordinary studios.
The four-bed apartment is located on the first floor. It occupies an area of about 40m2. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another room with two single beds and a kitchen. The kitchen has a stove with two burners, a large refrigerator and necessary dishes.
The apartment has a private bathroom and a terrace.
The large apartment is about 100m2 and is also on the first floor. This apartment can host up to 8 people, including 6 adults. It has two separate bedrooms and a large living room with a dining room and a separate kitchen.
Each room has one double bed and one double bed of slightly smaller dimensions than the standard ones.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has a stove with two hotplates and a large refrigerator. The apartment also has a large terrace (not available for online bookings in the 2023 season).
The cleaning of the units is done depending on the length of stay and in agreement with the owner, the bed linen is changed once a week, while the towels are changed when the guests want and with every change of a set of towels, 2 euros is paid.

Asprovalta is located in Strimonikos bay, dominated by endless beaches that have been awarded by the European Union.
You can visit archaeological interest areas as Stagira, Amphipolis, Thessaloniki, Kavala, Mount Athos, Meteora, Vergina Ms. monastery of Lydia.
Gatos Studios & Apartments is a family business that was founded in 2015. It's located in a private area of 1200sqm in the center of the village, just five minutes walk from the beach and near at the shops of the area. Every accommodation unit has been designed to offer comfort and hospitality to our visitors.

Bookings
Note
- A damage deposit of 100€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in cash on check-in. It will be returned upon check-out, after the inspection of the general condition of the house.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
