Hotel Description
Anastasia Grigoriadis Rooms is 300m from the main port and 150m from the busiest street of the village (where there are many cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, souvenir shops, pharmacies and others). At a distance of 30m there is a bakery.
The accommodation is located on a hill and has 6 accommodation units. All have a fully functional kitchen with cooking utensils (except the double room), toaster, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, bathroom with shower. All units (except one four-bed unit) have a view of the sea.
On the upper ground floor there is a four-bed studio with a double bed and two mattresses for one person on a brick platform. Other units are located on the second floor. The double room (has a double bed) has only a refrigerator. One three-bed studio (has a double bed and a single bed) has a kitchen outside the studio, which is located about 3m away from the unit and this kitchen is used only by the guests of this unit. In addition to these units, on the second floor there is another three-bed studio (with a double bed and a single bed), one four-bed studio (with a double bed and a single bed and a folding armchair) and one four-bed apartment (with a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed with a drawer bed of the same size in the kitchen area).
A cot can be obtained by prior agreement and this service is free of charge.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior agreement and without extra charge.
There is no private parking, but guests can easily find a parking space in the surrounding streets.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every four days.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
