Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Anastasia Grigoriadis Rooms is a small family business on the island of Amouliani. The accommodation is 250m from the main port and 150m from the busiest street of the village (where there are many cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, souvenir shops, etc.). There is a bakery at a distance of 30m. Our guests can enjoy swimming and relaxing while looking at the sea just a 2-minute walk away. However, to visit the most famous beaches of the island (Alikes, Karagatsia, Megali Ammos, Agios Georgios etc.) you will need to drive from 5 to 10 minutes.
Our facility consists of five units: two four-bed, two three-bed and one two-bed. All have a fully functional kitchen with cooking utensils (except for the double room), toaster, air conditioning, fridge, freezer, TV, hair dryer, bathroom with shower, WiFi signal. All units (except one with four beds) have a beautiful view of the sea. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Upon request and agreement, it is possible to get a baby cot. There is no private parking, but guests can easily find a parking space in the surrounding streets.

Postovani,htela bih da rezervisem studio za 3 osobe(2 odrasla i 16-togodisnje dete). Hteli bi smo da terasa ima pogled na more i da nije u prizemlju. Odgovarao bi nam i 4-tvorokrevetni studio(vidim da je razlika u ceni mala). Datum-okvirno od 2-9.07. p.s.hteli bi smo slike studia u kome bi smo boravili. Hvala,Ivana.

Postovani, Zainteresovani smo za vas smestaj za period od 12-22.09. 10 nocenja. Ima nas 3 odraslih i dete 3 god. Ona bi spavala sa mnom, ne znam da li ima opcija da se spoje dva kreveta?
