With Garden Apartment is a functional and cosy accommodation located in the seaside resort of Nea Potidea, at the very beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. Situated 310 m from the beach and the same distance from the town centre, it offers the convenience of being within walking distance of all essential amenities needed during your stay at the resort.
The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and is located on the elevated ground floor, accessible via five steps. The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, providing guests with the highest possible level of comfort and quality sleep.
The property is air-conditioned, with two air-conditioning units located in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The apartment also features a TV, and guests have access to a washing machine during their stay. The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring hob and a large oven, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer, making it fully suitable for preparing meals.
Guests can enjoy their time outdoors using the balcony or the fenced and landscaped courtyard, which is shared by all residents of the building. The courtyard offers plenty of natural shade and provides guests with an ideal opportunity to relax and spend time in the fresh air.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning services and the replacement of bed linen and towels are not provided, so guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the apartment during their stay.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
