Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

If you'd like to be accommodated in one of the most beautiful accommodations in Porto Koufo, on the most beautiful part of the beach, Meliton Studios is the right choice for you. It's suitable for families with children because it has direct access to the beach, but also for those who'd like to have a peaceful vacation in a quality accommodation with hygiene on a top level.
Meliton Studios is located on the beach, about 600m from the nearest supermarket.
It consists of three floors with seven double studios, five triple studios and 10 family apartments. On the ground floor, there are three triple studios, two apartments and one double studio. On the first and second floor, there are three double studios, three apartments and one triple studio, while on the last floor there are two apartments.
Double studios have one double bed, triple studios have one double and a single bed, and the apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room with a kitchen. Apartments on the third floor (attic) are somewhat larger, have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room, a mini-oven with three hotplates in the kitchen and a dining table, as well as the largest balcony with a sitting set and the best sea view.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a kitchen with hotplates, small fridge, bathroom, TV, internet, hairdryer, a separate terrace with table and chairs and a sea view.
Meliton Studios has a direct access to the beach with sun beds and parasols for its guests. The yard is very nice, with sitting sets, barbecue area, outdoor shower and a small playground for children with swings, slide and a sea view. Within the reception, there's a mini bar where you can order a drink. Private parking is provided for all guests.

Dobar dan, nas je 4 odraslih i 3 djece (9,6 i 4 godine). Mi kao bracni par trebamo jednu sobu u kojoj bi spavali sa jos dvoje djece a baka i deda bi u drugu odvojenu sobu gdje bi sa njima spavalo nase trece dijete. I treba nam kuhinja u sklopu toga jer djeca ne jedu svasta pa moram da im spremim. Meliton nam izgleda sjajno zbog samo pristupa plaze, bila bih jako sretna kad bi nasli takav smjestaj da nam odgovara. Kucne ljubimce ne vodimo. Period koji nam treba je od 15.6.-25.6.

Dobar dan, kada i po kojoj ceni, imate slobodne 3 sobe (studija) za tri para. Sve su odrasle osobe. Periodi koji nas zanimaju su ceo Avgust do 4 septembra i od 14 septembra do 24 septembra na 10 noci. Hvala

Dobro veče. Interesuje me ovaj smeštaj. Koja cena bi bila za dva apartmana ta u potkrovlju( bile bi dve porodice / jedna porodica 2 odraslih i 2 dece od 8g i 3g i druga porodica od 2 odraslih i 2 dece od 15g i 10g ) od 10avgusta do 20 avgusta? Takodje da li ti apartmani u potkrovlju imaju klime? Hvala unapred. Pozdrav
