For a true and tranquil getaway, the location is perfect. The beach is located just across from the villa, there is parking available, the rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped. You can take linens and towels as needed. The view is magnificent, with the sea visible from all sides, and most importantly, for those who appreciate peace, it is abundant here. The beach in this part of Vrahosa has larger stones at the entrance, but after a few meters, there is sand and still a shallow area. The town has three shops and many cafes, and along the entire stretch of Vrahosa, there is a pedestrian path.

We handled the cleaning, garbage disposal, and changing of linens ourselves. The owner showed us where everything was on the first day; I thought it was meant for us to use if we wanted to change things more frequently than those who usually do. We changed the towels, but after five days no one had changed the linens, so we ended up doing it ourselves. The first day was cloudy, and there was no hot water in the hotel that day (I understand the heating technology using solar panels, but in such situations, a backup solution should be available). A recommendation for the owner: since he was already in a good mood to fix the umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach, he should have provided a sufficient number. Considering there were only four umbrellas and more than ten apartments, it felt like asking a girl to move (after the fourth attempt, we gave up and went to the nearby cafes).

The proximity to the beach and the view from the terrace are the reasons we chose this accommodation. We did not make a mistake; the studio is comfortable, and the cleanliness is of a high standard. The owners are very kind.

The accommodation is decent. The five-person apartment we stayed in is spacious, the kitchen is large, and the bathroom is also ample. The beds are somewhat uncomfortable, but overall, it is satisfactory. We are thrilled with the beach and the sea. There are no crowds, and the water is very warm and clear. Towels, bed linens, and kitchen cloths are available for guests to take as needed from the hallway cupboard, which we have not encountered in any other accommodation before. The owner, Hristos, is very kind and is always available for any assistance. Parking is available beside or behind the property, ensuring a spot for your vehicle. We stayed at this accommodation from July 6 to July 16, 2024. Aside from the location of the property, nothing else deserves praise. Let's start from the beginning... The apartments are not cleaned during your stay, nor are the towels and bed linens. We had to take them ourselves from the storage area in front of the rooms (I believe that’s what the gentleman who welcomed us upon arrival said). The furniture in the apartment and the kitchen appliances are completely worn out, but the kitchen itself is adequately equipped. The bathroom is a different story, totally neglected and untidy. We experienced issues with the functioning of the shower faucet in the toilet, and there was no water for one day during our vacation. The yard depicted in the pictures bears no resemblance to what we encountered... It is completely neglected, dirty, overgrown with weeds, and unusable... The same applies to the grill in it. The price of the accommodation is lower compared to similar apartments in Vrahos, but when we come again next time, we will certainly avoid this accommodation.

We visited in the first half of September, staying in a three-bed studio on the second floor with a breathtaking view of the sea. The terrace is spacious, furnished with sun loungers, and the studio is functional, equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. In front of the house, there is a "private" beach with umbrellas and sun loungers available for free use, and Christos is very accommodating and friendly. The sound of the sea is constantly heard due to the waves, but it is not bothersome... At the end lies the beautiful Vrahos beach, providing complete tranquility for relaxation, as well as the opportunity to stroll to the center of activity, which is about 1.5 km away along the beach. When we were in Vrahos, there was no crowd; on the contrary, it was somewhat empty, yet we had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment. From September 15th, it seems to me that Vrahos is "dying down" with very few guests. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and plan to return again.

We stayed in the studios at the end of June and the beginning of July. Our studio was on the upper floor, offering the most beautiful view of the beach. The terraces are stunning, furnished with sun loungers, tables, and chairs. The apartments are exceptionally comfortable and clean. They come equipped with towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, sponges, and dishwashing liquid. The kitchen is excellently equipped, even featuring a toaster and a coffee maker. The refrigerator, with a small freezer, is also quite beneficial. Halfway through our stay, the cleaning lady thoroughly tidied up the studio, making it feel as if we had just arrived. Additionally, in the hallway on the ground floor, there are numerous toys, both beach and regular ones for children, plus a table for table tennis that my family used every evening until late hours. On the beach, there are sun loungers and umbrellas. That part of the beach is literally reserved for the guests of the apartments. The water is magnificent, and Vrahos is beautiful. It is a bit farther from the town center, certainly about a kilometer walk, but along the seaside. The nearest market is very close. The owner is exceptionally kind, always accommodating for everything. In the courtyard, there are showers and a hose for rinsing off feet. We were welcomed by ripe apricots, and we indulged in them daily. Truly, I recommend this place wholeheartedly. In the evenings, it is peaceful, ideal for relaxation. The beds are comfortable. The internet connection is excellent.

We were there in the second half of June. We received the most beautiful studio possible with a stunning view of the sea. From the bed, one can see the sea. The sound of the waves can be heard all night if the windows are left open, which is very pleasant for sleeping; I have never slept so well anywhere else. There is no noise, no crowds. The hosts are extremely kind, accommodating us with everything we needed; we are thrilled and would gladly return to the same hosts. The accommodation is equipped with literally everything necessary, from large comfortable towels, cloths, trash bags, hairdryer, and everything is functional. In the middle of our vacation, a cleaner came, who made everything exceptionally clean and tidy once again. Vrahos Beach is the most beautiful beach on the continental part of the Ionian coast.

Everything is worn out and very modest, the faucets are wobbly, and the shower cabin is so tiny that even we, being slim, barely fit... In my opinion, this was not significant enough to ruin our vacation, but I believe the price-quality ratio is not balanced. We stayed in a two-bed studio, while our friends were in a huge apartment with three rooms, hence the price difference for them and us. I don't know how the apartments in the neighboring houses are, but it is evident that the position rented by Katarina does not require any extra effort. All in all, it was pleasant; I emphasize that we are not demanding; those with high standards will surely expect more for 855 euros in an apartment.

Katerina Studios boasts a phenomenal location, situated at the very beginning of the beach (when coming from the direction of Parga), with no other houses nearby, ensuring that the stretch of beach (approximately 200m) right in front of the house is almost exclusively yours. This is truly remarkable. On both the left and right, there are cafés, so those who wish to enjoy a coffee can take a sunbed and sip a freddo cappuccino (2.80e at Olga's café, the first café on the right when facing the sea). We were accommodated in a three-bed apartment number 7 on the second floor, where we had a perfect terrace with a "side" view of the sea (the view is almost directly towards the sea, just slightly to the side), where we spent a lot of time playing cards, eating, and enjoying ourselves. The cleaner came twice in 10 days, changing the linens and towels, although you can request more if needed. Overall, it was clean. On the porch in front of the house, there is a table for table tennis, sunbeds, and there is also a shower and hose to rinse off the sand upon returning from the beach. All in all, a very pleasant and lovely vacation, the atmosphere in Vrahos is completely magical, and we will surely return!

We stayed at Katerini Studios in the first half of July 2018, spending 12 nights there. We were welcomed by the friendly Greek, Christos, who showed us to our accommodation. He is responsible for the guests and is always there whenever something is needed. He knows a few key phrases in Serbian, such as "živeli". The landlady, Katerina, does not live there; she came an hour after seven days, collected the money, and left. Essentially, the atmosphere is very relaxed, and you feel at home. There are few accommodation units, and they are sparsely filled; I think we might have been alone in the villa for a couple of days. There are rooms with a sea view, and the beach is right in front, just across the road. Fantastic. There are also rooms that are 5 euros cheaper with a mountain view. In fact, their terraces are on the side and also have a view of the sea, so they are quite nice. All rooms have large terraces with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and a few sun loungers for the beach. The rooms are classic, equipped with everything needed, including a microwave and coffee maker. The air conditioning and TV work, and the air conditioning is free of charge. The bathroom is rather small, lacking a shower cabin, only having a curtain, but everything is functional. After the septic tank was emptied from one bathroom, there was a slight odor for a few days, which is a minor drawback. The Wi-Fi is excellent, probably the best of all the accommodations we've stayed at. With few people, the internet is fast, and the router was located in the hallway, just outside the door. In front of the villa, there is a barbecue, which we used regularly, along with a large table, umbrella, and everything needed for a romantic dinner. And mosquitoes. Behind the villa is a private parking area, with enough space, which is a significant plus. Parking can be a problem in Vrahos, especially on weekends when the Greeks flock in. A great feature of Katerini Studios is that there are no other buildings on either side of the villa. Thus, you have a good 100 meters of beach to yourself, giving you the feeling of being on a private beach. The villa has 7-8 sun loungers on the beach that guests can use. We took the umbrellas on the first day and didn't touch them again. The beach itself is excellent, the water is clear, warm, and has the colors of the Ionian Sea. There are deeper areas and shallow spots, so everyone can find something they like. For a few days, there were slightly larger waves in the afternoon, which added to the fun. Nearby, there are two more interesting beaches, Alonaki for snorkeling and Skala, a paradise for children. All in all, an excellent accommodation at Katerini Studios, highly recommended.
