Ripas House is located in the village of Nikiana, on the eastern coast of Lefkada, known for its peaceful atmosphere, lovely seaside promenade, traditional tavernas, and convenient access to the island’s main towns and beaches. The house is approximately 162 m from a pebble beach, while shops, bakeries, restaurants, and other amenities needed for a pleasant and carefree holiday are all within easy reach. This accommodation is an excellent choice for guests who wish to stay in a quieter part of the island while still having a convenient base for exploring Lefkada.

This is a spacious two-level apartment that can accommodate up to eight adults. Its well-organized layout provides plenty of privacy and comfort, making it ideal for larger families or groups of friends.

The lower level, located on the ground floor, features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom, while the upper level, on the first floor, consists of three separate bedrooms and a second bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with two single beds, while the living room includes a single sofa bed and a single armchair bed.

A baby cot is not available at the property.

This air-conditioned accommodation features one air conditioning unit in the living room and one in each bedroom. Guests also have access to free WiFi, a TV in the living room and in all bedrooms, a hairdryer, an iron, and a washing machine located in a separate laundry room within the property. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for meal preparation, including four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

The upper level features a balcony with a distant sea view, while on the ground floor guests can enjoy a private veranda overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Both the balcony and the veranda provide a pleasant space to relax, and the courtyard is furnished with outdoor seating. An electric barbecue is also available for guests to use outdoors.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

For reservations of six nights or longer, the accommodation is cleaned once during the stay, and bed linen and towels are changed midway through the stay.

Private parking is available in the courtyard of the property, with space for up to three cars.

Ripas House enjoys a convenient location for exploring Lefkada. Nidri, approximately 7 km away, is one of the island’s most popular resorts, known for its lively waterfront promenade, tavernas, cafés, and boat excursions. The town of Lefkada, about 10 km away, offers a charming old town, a marina, shops, and numerous restaurants. Agios Nikitas, located approximately 22 km away, is a traditional seaside village with picturesque streets and welcoming tavernas, while the famous Kathisma Beach, around 25 km from the property, is one of the island’s most popular beaches. Vasiliki, approximately 27 km away, is a well-known resort famous for its waterfront promenade and water sports. Aktion International Airport in Preveza is located approximately 33 km from the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
