Our description
Kes Apartments are located on the entrance to the village Agios Nikolaos and they are an excellent choice for all those who want to spend peaceful location, far away from the noisy resorts.
From the beach Trani Ammouda is 3km away, while the closest market and taverns are 400m away.
In the offer are two quintuple apartments on the upper floor. One has a double bed in one bedroom, two merged single beds in the second one and one sofa in the room with kitchen. Second apartment has a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second one and one single bed in the room with kitchen.
Apartments are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, washing machine, dining table with chairs both inside and outside on the balcony. Kitchen is equipped with toaster, kettle, stove and big fridge. In the bathroom is a modern shower enclosed from one side with wall and glass.
In small courtyard is a barbecue, but there is no parking. There is enough parking space around the accommodation.
When you enter the village Agios Nikolaos, you will easily reach the accommodation. It is right across the ATM machines, at the entrance to the village.
Kes Apartments can be a good choice for guests to whom is important equipment of the apartment and the distance from the beach doesn't play a crucial role when choosing the accommodation.

Owners description
Kes Apartments is a new accommodation in Agios Nikolaos, at 2km from Trani Ammouda beach.
There are two apartments available, Green and Grey, each to accommodate five adults. Grey apartment has one double and three single beds, while Green has one double, a sofa and two single beds.
Apartments are fully equipped with a large stove with oven, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer and large bathroom. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner.
Private parking is also available, as well as barbeque facilities.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Potrebna su nam dva apartmana za dve porodice . Jedna porodica ima 2 odraslih i 3 dece od 9,15,17 godina a druga porodica ima 2 odraslih i 2 dece od 11 i 14 godina .Jedini zahtev da sobe budu odvojene,u periodu od 05.07-20.07 za 10 nocenja.Hvala unapred

Divno selo, odlično pozicionirano za obilazak odličnih plaža u okolini. Najbliža plaža Livrohio je sjajna i na samo par minuta vožnje kroz maslinjake. Domaćini izuzetno ljubazni i predusretljivi, ali svakako nenametljivi.
