I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments. The house is situated in an excellent location, it is very clean, and the owner, Angelika, is exceptionally kind.

The main complaint is that on the website under "2 BED STUDIO" it states 19m2 and displays images of such an apartment facing the courtyard with a large terrace. However, we received an apartment for which no pictures or notes were provided indicating it was an option, and whose area was not greater than 14m2. The terrace is half the size of what is shown in the pictures and is directly facing a steep street, resulting in a significant disturbance from the noise of engines and cars. The pictures show a small terrace behind these two cars parked on the steep street! It is also unfair that we paid the same price for such a "punitive apartment" as those fortunate guests who received what was displayed on the website!

The apartment is located in the city center, and the street leading to the apartment connects to the main promenade. The landlady is pleasant, always ready to answer potential questions, and ensures that the apartment is kept clean. The apartment is equipped with everything one might need. Since we are younger, the steep street leading to the apartment was not a problem for us, but it may pose a challenge for someone with less favorable physical condition. Another aspect that requires attention in the double bedroom apartment is the dimensions of the shower cabin. I am not overly large (180 cm tall), but even for me, it was quite problematic to shower in the miniature cabin, after which you have to scoop out the water, as the curtain does not help much.

The accommodation at Angelika is outstanding. The owner is exceptionally kind, and the cleanliness is of a very high standard. The location is right in the center, a warm recommendation!

We stayed with the lovely Mrs. Angelika in the second half of June, and the accommodation was exactly as described, located in a peaceful part of the center of Neos Marmaras. All amenities are just a few minutes away from the accommodation, and both beaches are about a ten-minute leisurely walk. We were on the first floor, with new furniture, everything was clean, and the view from the terrace partially overlooked the sea. Simply wonderful. The greatest delight truly goes to the charming hostess, Angelika. She was kind, positive, unobtrusive, and she accommodated us for everything we requested, even offering her help first; a truly kind-hearted woman. A big thank you, all recommendations, we know where we will stay if our journey leads us back to Neos.

The three-person studio at Angelika Apartments is exactly as presented by Nikana.gr. The studio is comfortable, perfectly suited for a family of three. The beds are exceptionally cozy, and the terrace is spacious. The bathroom fully meets all needs. The hostess is warm, spontaneous, and unobtrusive. The villa is situated in a great location on a small hill, just about fifty meters from the center. The distance from the villa to the beach is a 15-minute walk to the city beach and Paradiso beach. In the vicinity, within 5 to 15 km, there are beaches that are much better (toward Nikiti), with about ten that are phenomenal. With fine sand, pebbly, wide, well-maintained or wild, yet still breathtaking. Toward Toroni, there are also beautiful beaches. Parking is located in the upper part above the villa, on one street. There is also the option to park at the villa, but due to the steep terrain, it is simpler to park above the villa. Additionally, one should be cautious regarding traffic, as some streets are very narrow and steep. These should be avoided. The navigation initially led us to a few very steep streets, but later we got acquainted with the area and avoided that part.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the accommodation, particularly the owner’s dedication to the guests. It is frequently noted in the comments that Angelika is kind, always available, yet unobtrusive, which is truly accurate. Additionally, she speaks English well and is there for any questions, advice, and assistance in navigating the city and its surroundings. The cleanliness is at an admirable level. The three-bed studio is not overly comfortable, but this was evident from the pictures, so I cannot say it is a major flaw. Everything was exactly as presented in the images. It is very easy to reach the accommodation from the main road; however, the street itself is quite steep, and the entrance to the yard can be tricky for less experienced drivers. Three cars can fit in the yard with an arrangement among the other guests regarding morning departures. The accommodation is very close to the square and the so-called center, making it convenient for walking. It is far from the city beach, so you are dependent on driving if you have a child or similar. All in all, the price is appropriate for the quality, and the quality is exactly as expected, i.e., as shown on the website, without surprises. The cooperation with the agency representatives deserves all the praise!

Recently, my spouse, child, and I stayed at the Angelinika accommodation. We utilized a three-person studio located on the ground floor. We were delighted with the accommodation as it was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, conveniently close to the center and the main promenade, with parking available either in the yard or outside. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, without being intrusive. The space in the accommodation was sufficient for the three of us, the bathroom was new and functional, the kitchen was clean and adequately equipped, and the terrace was spacious. The air conditioning was positioned in such a way that it did not blow directly on you while you slept, and the linens and towels were changed mid-stay. Ten years ago, we vacationed in Greece using rented apartments. This is the first time we have felt a genuine commitment to guests.

As a family of three, we vacationed from June 18 to June 24, 2023, and had an exceptional time. Neos Marmaras itself is a beautiful destination for a summer getaway, featuring a splendid city beach and being close to the best beaches on Sithonia - Kalogria and Lagomandra. We highly recommend Kalogria for its shallow waters, perfect for families with small children. Villa Angelika is ideally located in the third row of houses, just 50 meters from the main promenade. We also commend the villa owners; they are almost invisible to guests but always available when any assistance is needed. We were accommodated on the ground floor in a three-bedroom studio, which was equipped with all necessary amenities: a kitchen with complete cookware, a refrigerator, a built-in stove, and a hairdryer. There is also an air conditioning unit, but you may not need it if you are on the ground floor. Hygiene standards are high, with the bathroom fully stocked with liquid soap and mini hotel shampoos, and bed linens and towels are changed every three days. For those considering a vacation in Marmaras, we warmly recommend the "Angelika" accommodation. This is our second visit to Neos Marmaras, and we had a phenomenal time. We thank Nikana for their successful collaboration, their attentiveness, and care for us tourists; you deserve all the praise.

Our experience was truly delightful; the accommodation is located almost in the very center, which can be quite noisy, but that is the only drawback. If you are arriving by car, our advice is to park anywhere above the apartment, as the downhill/uphill path is indeed quite challenging in both directions. During our stay in the last week of August, we did not encounter any issues finding parking, which is free of charge. The owner of the apartment is extremely kind. The studio for two at Villa Angelika Apartment was an outstanding experience - clean, tidy, refreshed, with towels, cloths, toilet paper, liquid soap, and dishwashing detergent provided. We encountered a minor issue with one of the burners that wasn't working, but we notified them, and they brought a new one within less than an hour. On the fifth day, they changed the bedding, towels, and added toilet paper. The studio features a large terrace equipped with a drying rack and clothespins, which I particularly highlight because I always had to buy such items in previous accommodations. The only downside is the parking. The studio has space for three vehicles, but this becomes a problem considering they have around eight apartments. The street is very steep and narrow, making it almost impossible to find parking. This, of course, is not the fault of the hosts, but it's good to know. My advice to the hosts or Nikana is to create a more detailed guide on how to reach this villa, as there are people who do not have GPS devices (we, of course, got lost). The streets are all one-way, and a map would be very helpful, as well as the name of the street itself. We could use the air conditioning freely, and the trash bin is located right at the entrance, so you don't have to carry the garbage. The villa is located close to the city center, which is very interesting both during the day and at night, but the beach is quite far away, about 1 to 1.5 km. Fortunately, next to the city beach, there are parking spaces, which is useful if you have small children. It wasn't a problem for us to walk to the beach, because, as I mentioned, the city is very beautiful and interesting. Overall, we are very satisfied, and compared to previous experiences with tourist agencies in Belgrade, Nikana (through which we first booked accommodation) deserves the highest rating (I won't even mention the attentiveness regarding the change of accommodation due to the cancellation of two persons, nor the uncertainties regarding beach tours and everything else). Kindness and professionalism were at the highest level.

I have just returned from Angelika's house in Neos Marmaras, and I must commend both the house and the wonderful hostess. The studio was exceptional, small yet very functional, and the location is perfect for young people as it is right in the center, at the heart of all the activities. It is literally 15-20 meters from the sea (though it is a port, not a beach, but that’s how it is in Neos; you are either on the beach far from the city, or in the city far from the beach)... we drove to a different beach every day and visited 8 different beaches in western Sithonia over the course of 5 days. The accommodation was very clean, everything was new and of high quality, and after 3 days, our towels and bed linens were changed. Furthermore, there were little things I have never experienced when traveling through agencies - in the room, we found dish detergent, a new sponge, a cleaning cloth, kitchen towels, toilet paper was regularly replenished, liquid hand soap, a mosquito repellent device with three spare tablets, and a map of the area... these are small details, but they mean a lot when the owner considers what you might need. In any case, I am extremely satisfied, we will be traveling through you again next year, and I have recommended you to everyone (especially since we paid a ridiculously low price for such accommodation, while others paid much more for far worse places).
