Although situated in a quiet street, restaurants, cafés, shops, and the seaside promenade are all within a short walking distance, allowing guests to enjoy both privacy and easy access to everything Leptokarya has to offer. Voula Villa is an excellent choice for couples and families who value proximity to the beach, quality accommodation, and a peaceful location.

This basement-level studio has been thoughtfully arranged to make the most of every part of the space while providing comfortable accommodation for up to four adults. The practical open-plan layout combines the sleeping area and kitchenette, while the bathroom is located separately. The studio features a double bed and a bunk bed, making it a suitable choice for families with children or small groups looking for accommodation close to the beach and all the amenities of Leptokarya.

The studio is air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi internet access and a flat-screen TV, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests also have access to a kitchenette suitable for preparing simple meals, equipped with a two-burner electric hob and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. For stays longer than 10 days, replacement sets of bed linen and towels are provided every five days. For shorter stays, linen and towel changes are not included.

Parking is available behind the property or along the street, subject to availability.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
