Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 10% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

Description

Bloom Garden Apartments is the accommodation at just 20m from the beach and 100m from the center of Ierissos, in a quiet location, without noise. It offers eight accommodation units with a kitchen, for 2-5 people, making it suitable for a family vacation. In addition to the good location, the main advantage of this accommodation is the large courtyard with shade and sitting area.

The nearest supermarket, bakery and restaurant, as well as the beach, is just 30m away.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, bathroom with a shower and a terrace with awning.

The four-bed studio No.2-AMEA is suitable for people in wheelchairs. It is located on the first floor. The staircase is equipped with a stairlift. The studio has an area of about 33m2, has a double bed and a sofa for two people, and the bathroom is fully adapted.

Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every three days. You need to emphasize to the owners that you want to clean and change the towels and bed linen, since they will not enter the units without the prior permission of the guests.

The units in the property do not have mosquito nets, but a mosquito repellent device that plugs into the electricity can be provided for guests.

The yard is large and enclosed, concrete, with greenery and outdoor sitting.

They have no private parking, so guests park their vehicles on the street.

The apartment was pleasant, and the location is quite satisfactory - it is near the beach. Everything was impeccably clean. There is a spacious and beautifully maintained yard. However, I am not fond of the fact that the apartment is very close to the neighboring building, resulting in a lack of sunlight during the day. Additionally, there are no mosquito nets, so in the evening, you cannot open the windows unless you use some indoor repellents.

The accommodation was excellent, situated in a splendid location where everything is nearby. The beach is just a few minutes away, and the closest beach bars are fantastic. The place is beautiful, not overcrowded with people, yet not deserted, making it interesting even in the evening.

Pros
The proximity to the beach and the center, and the cleaning lady is very kind and always available to replenish anything needed.
Cons
The only downside is the bathroom, where the shower area is barely enclosed, resulting in the entire bathroom being completely wet after showering, but that certainly did not spoil the overall impression.

We are extremely dissatisfied with our accommodation at Bloom Garden Apartments. We were assigned rooms 03 and 04, which are in terrible condition. They resemble a prison cell, as if two small rooms were made from a single normal studio, leaving no space to turn around, let alone do anything else. The tiny balconies, barely half a square meter, make it impossible to squeeze past the table, and water drips from the air conditioning unit above onto the same terrace. We had nowhere to sit and relax, enjoy a coffee, or anything else, no matter how trivial. The pigeon coop is a significant issue concerning the rooms and terraces. The location is acceptable, but the impression of the rooms is dreadful. The price is excessively inflated, and I advise everyone against reserving these two rooms. We heard that the other rooms on the floor are fine, but these two are a scandal. The sea and beach are exceptional, but the room has somewhat spoiled our enjoyment. For the amount we paid, we expected studios similar to those depicted in the advertisement.

We are currently staying at the Bloom Garden apartment and we are extremely satisfied. The apartment features two bedrooms with a French bed, a kitchen, and a living room, making it very comfortable and clean. Everything is new, and the beds are incredibly cozy. The owner is very kind and unobtrusive, always available when we need something, and she checks in daily to see if we require anything. She changes the linens and towels upon request, which is fantastic for us. The apartment is equipped with three air conditioning units. This accommodation deserves a solid five stars.

We are extremely satisfied with Nikanom and Jerisos, but when it comes to accommodation, the situation is far from ideal. Studio No. 1 for four people is too small, the terrace is narrow, and families cannot dine simultaneously. The induction stove works very poorly, and the double bed is so uncomfortable that it feels like sleeping on planks. In the afternoon, the water pressure is weak, towels and bed linens are not changed unless requested. The drain in the shower cabin often gets clogged due to a small opening, necessitating a call to the cleaner. The cleaner is diligent and polite, but overall, the service needs to be significantly better given the price they charge.

Pros
Proximity to the sea and an excellent position for visiting all the famous beaches!
Cons
Poor value for money, water often has low pressure, small refrigerator for four people, occasional internet outages, very uncomfortable double bed, the four-person studio is too small for four people, the terrace is long but narrow, and the induction stove works poorly in studio No. 1.

Thank you very much for the accommodation in Jerisos, Bloom Garden. The accommodation was excellent, tidy, and new. The location of the accommodation is also exceptional, close to the beach and other amenities. Overall, we had a good vacation, except for the issue of hygiene, specifically the changed towels, visited and clean rooms by the owner of the pension. During the 10-day period, not once did anyone enter the room to change the towels, visited and one on half a borage to clean the room. On the 7th day, she asked me if I needed anything, I just told her to give us one small and one large towel, and that was all. From Nikada we are very satisfied, but from this owner we are not. For example, last year we were through your site in Vrachos on the Ionian Sea at Anemoni Apartments and we were very satisfied with the owner's service. Even twice he changed our visited and towels. The second time I didn't want to take clean towels, but he insisted on it. Thank you once again, big greetings.

We spent 13 delightful days at the Bloom Garden apartments. Everything went perfectly. The owner made an effort to ensure that the studio was pleasant and functional for guests. We believe that the space is suitable for the stay of two people, not three. Therefore, the price should be somewhat lower.

Pros
Everything in the studio is completely new and clean. All appliances are in working order. The person responsible for the guests is kind and accommodating.
Cons
The studio is not large enough for three people (two adults and an 11-year-old child), especially for a longer period of 7 days.
