Description
One of the most popular accommodations for ToroniToroni Seazen Rooms is a modest accommodation located at about 300m from the center of Toroni and from the all the amenities, in the first row to the beach, just 20m from the sea, so some accommodation units have fantastic sea view. It is a perfect choise for all those who search for affordable accommodation on the great location, as well for families with children because of spacious courtyard.
The closest supermarket is at 70m. Every morning about half-past eight, a minivan with fresh bread and pastries passes by the house.
The house was built in 1984, while in 2013 some parts of accommodation units were renovated. It consists of two quintuple apartments (45m2), one quadruple apartment (27m2) and two triple studios (20m2).
Quintuple apartments No 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor. They have two bedrooms, separate kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. In the bedrooms, there are one double and a single bed, ie two connected single beds.
The quadruple apartment No 3 is on the first floor. It has a bedroom with one double and a single bed, as well as a living room with kitchen, large fridge and another single bed.
Two three-bed studios number 4 and 5 are located on the first floor. They have one double and one single bed each, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child. The bathrooms in the five-bed apartments are more modest, as is the accommodation in general, but in the three-bed studios number 4 and 5, as well as in the four-bed apartment number 3, the bathrooms have been renovated. The studios have a kitchen equipped with necessary utensils and a large refrigerator.
Three-bed studio number 6 is located on the ground floor. It has one double and one single bed without the possibility of adding an extra bed. The kitchen has small refrigerator and two hot plates. The bathroom has a shower without a curtain.
Apartments and studios have a TV, internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets and a private parking is provided for all guests. Bed linen and towels are provided, but the guests are doing the replacement themselves, asking the clean ones from the owner when needed. Guests can use barbecue facilities in the yard.
In order to reach Toroni Seazen Rooms, when you enter Toroni, drive on the street next to the beach and after you pass hotel Georgiadis which is on the beahc, drive 100m more and you will see the accommodation on the right.
The great advantage of the accommodation is that it is located by the sea and has a courtyard, making it a good choice for families looking for accommodation close to the beach, at affordable prices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
