Inoi House is located in the vicinity of Nikiti, one of the most famous resorts in Halkidiki, in the northern part of the Sithonia peninsula. It is a spacious and comfortable accommodation unit, which provides a sense of privacy and peace, while restaurants, shops and the charm of the traditional part of the village are 4 km away, and the nearest beach is at a 950 m distance. The facility is ideal for a vacation of the whole family or for a larger group of friends.

The apartment with three bedrooms, intended for a maximum of eight adults, is located on the first floor and consists of a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with two sofas for one person, while the first and second bedrooms have two single beds each, which provides accommodation for additional four guests. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed for two more guests.

A cot is also included in the price and made available upon request.

The living room, as well as the two bedrooms, are equipped with air conditioners. WiFi internet connection and flat screen TVs are available to guests in the apartment. The guests’ stay is made more comfortable by having access to the washing machine and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave.

You can enjoy the open space on the balconies, which are fully equipped with seating furniture and can be accessed from the living room or one of the bedrooms. Also, upon previous request of the guests, it is possible to provide a barbecue grill, which can be used in the common yard.

It is allowed to stay in this facility with small pets, with an additional charge, bearing in mind that their arrival must be indicated earlier during the reservation procedure. When arriving at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a guarantee deposit, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, while the deposit will be returned in full if no damage has occurred.

The guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, while the change of bed linen and towels is not provided, however there is the possibility of providing cleaning services for an additional fee.

Private parking is not provided within this unit. Guests can park their vehicles in the immediate vicinity of the building, along the street.

Inoi House is 4 km away from the resort of Metamorfosis, 24 km from Neos Marmaras, and 46 km from Sarti. If you plan to arrive to Greece by air, the nearest airport is “Makedonia” in Thessaloniki (SKG), 85 km away.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
