I stayed at Sinapis Studios for the second time. Just like the first time, I have nothing but praise for the owners; the establishment is impeccably clean and comfortable, its location is excellent, parking is available, and for everything else, Sarti, Sithonia, and Greece deserve the credit!

According to my family members, this has been the best vacation so far. The accommodation owners are exceptional, and they fulfilled all our requests regarding the lodging at lightning speed.

We stayed for seven nights; they changed the bedding once and the towels twice. The owners are friendly, everything is in its place, but I believe the price is rather steep. It is located on the promenade, so it can get noisy if you wish to sleep with the terrace open; however, if you close it and turn on the air conditioning, you won't hear a thing.

The room is smaller than described and depicted in the photos. The bathroom lacks a window, is very cramped, and the shower features a dirty curtain. The sanitary fixtures are old and unclean, with outdated plumbing. Furthermore, from the grate on the floor, dirty water emerges with a strong sewage odor, accompanied by numerous small flies. Horrible!!! The cleaning of the studio consists solely of changing sheets and towels, without any cleaning of the room or kitchen. We experienced significant discomfort during our 8-day stay.

The location is good, but the studio is extremely cramped, even though we booked it for five people, there were only four of us. There isn't enough space for belongings and shoes. The studio is indeed very narrow. The bathroom is exceptionally small. There is only one very narrow cabinet for four people, which is really too tight. The landlady is very kind. As for cleanliness, it is excellent. The only downside is that the space is very limited and there is no room for shoes and belongings.

The gallery with the third French bed is interesting for children, the upper part is a bit warm for sleeping, but the air conditioning works excellently, and you are by the sea, so what can you expect? We did not prepare food in the apartment, but you have everything you need. The owners are very kind and nice people, always ready to help you, and always willing to chat. WiFi is available in several locations and is quite decent for our needs. The price justifies the quality. The studio is even more beautiful in person than in the photographs. I see comments that it is a bit cramped, but nothing bothered us; we had enough space to enjoy and relax. I would always return to Sinapis, truly all praise for this accommodation.

The space is new and renovated. Towels are changed regularly, and you are responsible for cleaning. In the kitchen of the six-bed studio, there was one large pot and one small frying pan available, along with only two bowls. This is quite impractical. The space is too small; it is barely possible to navigate around the beds. It's overpriced for what you receive.

We stayed in a small and cramped three-bed studio. We maintained the hygiene ourselves, and the linens and towels were changed three times in ten days. The terrace is splendid, spacious, and offers a beautiful view of the sea. The location of the property is favorable, situated between the old and new parts, but it can be noisy at night due to motorbikes driving around the parking lot. In August 2018, as part of Sinapis house, we stayed in a three-bed studio on the first floor, facing east - towards the sea. The studio itself, equipped with a kitchen and bathroom, is modernly furnished. The beds are excellent, full width and length – both the double and single beds (sufficient for individuals up to 190 cm tall). The pictures displayed on the website accurately reflect the studio's actual appearance. While some may find the studio a bit narrow, it was not an issue for us with a 12-year-old child. The stunning view of the beach, the sea, and Mount Athos (visible from the room with both beds) is breathtaking. The balcony, with a movable awning and a small round table, is wide enough to be used throughout the day and night. There is no excessive noise, even though it is right next to the street. The management of Sinapis house (and the accompanying shops) involves multiple generations of a lovely family. Mrs. Maria is exceptionally accommodating, speaks excellent English, and can be contacted throughout the day and evening. We were extremely satisfied with our stay, so we extended it for another 5 days – this time we were accommodated in a six-bed studio on the second floor, with a view towards the hinterland (west side). This six-bed studio is equipped in the same manner as the three-bed studio, although there is no awning on the balcony due to the wooden structure of the canopy. Since there were only three of us in this second studio, we cannot comment on its functionality when accommodating more people (5 or 6). The Wi-Fi is generally okay on both floors - it is not a problem to send and receive emails (of several GB in size) or browse YouTube channels – on the other hand, it is normal for the Wi-Fi speed to be lower when guests return from the beach and when each visitor connects to the network with an average of 2 mobile devices. The location of Sinapis house is between the old and new parts of Sarti. Within a 200 m radius, you have everything you need, from shops, taverns, pizzerias, bakeries, cafes, to butchers and fishmongers. Despite the plethora of various establishments and tourists, there is no loud music or noise in the old part of Sarti. Many Serbs, Bosnians, Macedonians, and Bulgarians vacation in Sarti, so you can communicate in our language with the staff in restaurants. The beach is sandy, and the sea is exceptionally clean, even when the wind blows and waves appear, without any presence of grass, paper, or plastic – certain parts of the beach are marked with a blue flag. Along the entire coast of Sarti, a strip of about 5-10 m is completely free, regardless of whether you are on public land or in the rented beach zone with sunbeds and umbrellas, so if you have your own beach equipment, you can set it up anywhere on the beach - ideal for families with small children. Overall, the place Sarti and the accommodation entice you to return again.

The Sinapis studio corresponds to the posted photographs. We had a triple room that did not have a view of the beach, which we later realized was not a bad thing due to the noise. The bedding was changed twice during our ten-night stay, and the room was hastily cleaned when we arrived, so we ended up cleaning it ourselves later. If I were to point out the biggest flaw, it would be the size of the room, which was quite narrow. The terrace was nice, but it lacked screens, so we had to put them up ourselves. The location of the studio is excellent, right across from the beach and at the beginning of the main promenade, and there is plenty of parking available. However, the price of 75 euros per night is inflated for this accommodation, and in the future, we would not pay a cent more than 50.

In the future, it might be wise to implement a test for guests from Serbia to prevent those who do not know how to behave in a civilized world from remaining in their tribal alliances and playing in caves until they evolve enough not to embarrass themselves and their country in the rest of the world!

That is the only issue we encountered, as for the price of this studio, which is not insignificant, a bit more comfort is expected.
