Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for PotosAgeri Pension is located in Potos, by the sea. The location is great, not only because it's close to the beach, but also because it's quiet and romantic, close to the promenade, restaurants and shops, with a fantastic sea view. It's on such a hideous place, the noise absolutely does not reach it and is just a few steps away from all the contents.
Ageri is 50 meters away from the city beach, as well as from the center.
GROUND FLOOR:
3 Bed Studio, Superior Sea View Ground Floor (30m2) can accommodate three persons and it has a sea view, one single and a double bed narrower than standard, a kitchen in the same room, there is, as well as the bathroom, air conditioning and safe box.
Quadruple studio 4 Bed Studio, Ground Floor Garden View (30m2) is in the back part of the villa and it has a garden view. It has one double, one single and a drawer bed. In the same room, there's a kitchen with a big fridge and air conditioning. In front of the entrance, there's a sitting area for its guests.
Duplex apartment - 2 Bedroom Apartment, Ground Floor Sea View (45m2) on the ground floor has a sea view and two separate bedrooms. Each room has its own miniature bathroom, air conditioning, TV and one double bed with two single mattresses. Bathrooms don't have a bathtub, just tiles below the shower. The apartment has a small separate kitchen in the hallway and a safe box.
The apartment and superior studio on the ground floor spread out to the concrete yard with a furniture for sitting and dining in the shade and a nice sea view.
FIRST FLOOR:
Quadruple apartment - 4 Bed Apartment, First Floor Garden View (28m2) is situated on the back side of the house and has garden view. The rooms are separated with a sliding door. In the first room, there are two connected single beds and A/C, while in the other there's a kitchen and a double bed narrower than standard. In front of the apartment, there's a narrow terrace with sitting area.
SECOND FLOOR:
Two triple studios (25m2) - 3 Bed Studio, Superior Sea View 2nd floor, each one with a sitting furniture and a beautiful sea view. Studio has one double and a single bed, TV, A/C, WiFi internet, hairdryer, kitchen and bathroom.
Double studio (20m2) - 2 Bed Studio, Garden View has a garden view, one double bed, kitchen and a bathroom. It was built in 2017.
Double room (20m2) - 2 Bed Room, Without Balcony has one double bed, A/C and bathroom. There is no kitchen but only fridge. The room has no balcony.
All rooms are with air conditioning, internet access, kitchen, bathroom and hairdryer, while just some have a TV and a safe box. (except the last unit, double room without a balcony and kitchen).
Cleaning as well as replacement of bed linen and towels are provided every three days.
In front of the house there is free public parking.
Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after Alexander Beach Hotel, turn to the right towards the sea, past the Hotel Sirines on the right-hand side and a small little park on the left and drive to the coast. Go down to the sea through a narrow alley on the right side next to the pizzeria Bellisimo. When you get to the sea, turn to the right next to Irene Pizza and drive to the small amphitheater on the shore. Ageri Pension is just above the amphitheater.
Ageri is a good choice for those who want to have beach and the center very close to their accommodation.

Owners description
Welcome to Pension Ageri - welcome to Thassos, the northest Aegean island. Is described like the most green island, one small nursery garden in the middle of the open sea. The mount Ypsario (1206m) is full with cedars, firs, oaks and chestnuts, as the height get lower pop out olives trees, platens and pine trees, which frame the endless beaches.
Nature dominates in two levels: Northeast the sharp gorges and Southwest the overgrown land ends smoothly to beaches with shoal waters. These are the natural beauties that identifies, in mythology, Thassos as the island of Sirens. Our small family pension stands in Potos, one of the most recognizable destination of the island.
The distance to the beach is only 20m. and from the trade market 50m.
It includes 5 studios and 3 apartments 2-4 persons, also yard with see view where children can play safely. Our personal activity in the years with mountain sports (mtb, trail running), as well holding of a big open mtb race in Greece MTB THASSOS CUP, every year consist guarantee for organizing outdoor activities like:

- trail running
Our family pension is open the whole year and stands in the center of the village but in very quiet neighborhood There are two approaches to the village In front on the left side (20m), starts the main beach which is around 1 km long and you can swim. On the right side there is free parking for your vehicle. From behind 50m. is the main trade market with super market, bakery, pharmacy and other shops.
All our quarters are roomy (over 20sqm) with full equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee machine, evaporator, etc.), bathroom with hair dryer, A/C, satellite TV, safe box. There is always someone to welcome you and give you any information you want. The lovely view is going to help you relax and enjoy your stay in Pension Ageri.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

We had a good experience in july 2023 staying in Ageri Pension. We stayed for couple of days in the top triple studio (Rhemba) with sea view, even if we booked for "Thea", but was the same quality so was not a big deal. Good servicies, everyday clean. The communication with the landlady Lena and her husband was good, english speakers, unobtrusive (they have couple of Pension in Potos, if you need other option). Ageri Pension is in the Center of the Potos, very close to anything. There's a free parking lot right in the front of the villa, near the sea, plenty spaces anytime.
