Maria’s Home is a comfortable and cozy accommodation located 8 km from Sykia, in a peaceful setting that offers guests complete privacy and a true sense of seclusion, ideal for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. Situated just 55 m from the beach, with its spacious yard extending almost to the sand itself, guests can wake up every morning to the soothing sound of the waves and the refreshing scent of the sea.

The ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to six adults and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and one bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room features two sofa beds suitable for two people each.

The apartment is air-conditioned, with the air conditioning unit located in the living room. Guests also have access to free WiFi and a flat-screen TV, providing entertainment and a wide range of digital content for all generations. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with three burners and a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster. A washing machine and a hairdryer are also available for guests’ convenience.

One of the greatest advantages of staying at Maria’s House is the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor space. Guests can relax on the veranda, furnished with comfortable seating and a dining set, or spend time in the spacious, fenced yard featuring a well-maintained lawn and mature trees that provide welcome natural shade. Since the yard extends to just a few metres from the beach entrance, guests can easily retreat from the sun whenever they wish without having to leave the beach area.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Cleaning service, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are not provided during the stay, while at guests’ disposal there is a clean replacement set of bed linen and towels. Guests are in charge of taking care of the apartment’s cleanliness during the stay.

Two private parking spaces are available for guests, making this accommodation particularly convenient for those travelling by car.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
