Discount
For reservations for period from 30.05.2025 to 31.10.2025, for stays of 10 nights and more, discount of 5 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Rhea Seaside Villa is located in the seaside town of Kariani, on the east coast of Ofrynio or Tuzla beach, between Thessaloniki and Kavala. The entire facility, more precisely the house, is at your disposal, with a spacious yard, a barbecue area and a view of the sea from a distance. Located in a quiet area, it offers you comfort and a pleasant vacation and is an ideal choice for families and groups of friends. The nearest beach is 250 meters from the accommodation.
This house, which is a maisonette on two levels in its structure, can accommodate a maximum of eight adults and two children. The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper level, which is on the first floor and is reached by an external staircase, has one bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two bedrooms have a double bed and a folding armchair. The living room has a sofa bed for two people.
On request and within the price, a baby cot is available.
This air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioning in the living room and in each bedroom, offers free WiFi, a hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove and a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle.
On the upper level there is a balcony equipped with a table and chairs for sitting, with a view of the sea and the mountains. The lower level has a veranda, equipped with a set of seats, from which you can go out into a landscaped yard with a private barbecue area.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
During the stay, the guests have at their disposal a clean set of bed linen and towels, which they change themselves. Cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is carried out every seventh day. An additional cleaning service or change of bed linen and towels is available for an extra charge.
A parking space for two vehicles is provided for the guests of the accommodation, in the yard of the facility.
Rhea Seaside Villa is located 12 km from Orfyniou Beach, 35 km from Asprovalta, 130 km from Thessaloniki, while the nearest international airport is in Kavala, 90 km from the accommodation.
