Rhea Seaside Villa is located in the coastal village of Kariani, on the eastern coast of the Ofrynio or Tuzla beach, between Thessaloniki and Kavala. The entire property, namely a house with a spacious yard, a barbecue area, and a distant sea view, is at your disposal. Situated in a peaceful area, it offers comfort and a pleasant vacation, making it an ideal choice for families and friendly gatherings. The nearest beach is only 250 meters away.

This two-level maisonette can accommodate up to eight adults and two children. The lower level, situated on the ground floor, consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The upper level, located on the first floor and accessed by external stairs, features one bedroom, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two bedrooms each have a double bed and a sofa bed. The living room includes a sofa bed for two.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

Air conditioning units are provided in the living room and each bedroom. Guests have access to free WiFi, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with two hot plates and a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

The upper level features a balcony equipped with a table and chairs, offering views of the sea and the mountain. The lower level has a veranda with seating, leading to a well-maintained yard with a private barbecue area.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

During their stay, guests are provided with a clean set of bed linen and towels, which they can change themselves. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every seventh day. Additional cleaning or replacement of bed linen and towels is available for an extra charge.

Parking space for two vehicles in the property’s yard is provided for guests.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
