Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Owl House is located in the coastal town of Nea Iraklitsa, in the western part of the Aegean Sea, in the immediate vicinity of Kavala. This modernly designed facility is located 500 meters from the beach and is an ideal choice for family vacations and relaxation. It provides guests with comfort and a comfortable environment, along with a pleasant atmosphere.
This apartment, which is structured as a maisonette on two levels, can accommodate a maximum of five adults. The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The upper level, which is on the first floor, has a bedroom and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a French bed larger than standard, in the second bedroom there are two single beds, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person.
On request and within the price, a baby cot is also available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, in which air conditioners are located in the living room and in each bedroom, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, as well as a kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
The bedroom opens onto a spacious balcony, with a table and chairs for sitting, while the living room opens onto a private veranda equipped with seating.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment themselves. They have at their disposal a clean set of bed linen and towels, which they change themselves. Upon request, and for an additional fee, cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels are available.
One parking space is provided for accommodation guests, across the road from the building.
Owl House is located 7km from Ammolofi beach, 8km from Tosca beach, 13km from Kavala, while the nearest international airport in Kavala is 50km from the accommodation.
